Great company to do business with I ordered two of their solar lights, which are exceptional. The shipping took a while, but probably just cause we’re used to getting things in a couple of days from the “big online retailers“. I had to return an item – my fault in ordering. The return process was a little tedious, but they did it well and were very helpful. I’d recommend Lighthouse lighting’s products and as a company.

The people at Litehouse always seem to go out of their way to make sure that their customers are happy and on top of that they make a beautiful quality lantern. I have 7 of them on my patio and love looking at them. Day or night they add to the enjoyment of my patio. Highly recommend this company and their lantern.

The lanterns themselves are wonderful. I have two of them and am now giving them as gifts. I recently had a mistake on an order and messaged the company, within a very short time I had an answer and a quick resolution to my problem. Great quality product and excellent customer service!

I purchased some lamps a couple of months ago, which I am very happy with. I had an issue with one, which turned out to be user error. My query was quickly dealt with and got my lamp working again. Great customer service

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Lighthouse Lighting! I ordered four different outdoor lights, and they have completely transformed our property. We receive compliments all the time on how beautiful the lighting looks.
One of the solar lamps unfortunately wouldn't charge, but their customer service was absolutely outstanding. They responded quickly and sent a replacement right away with no hassle at all.
I also ordered a set of wall lights that were absolutely stunning. Unfortunately, they weren't the right fit for our dark forest entryway, but the return and refund process was effortless. It was so easy, and the team made everything stress-free.

I have the outdoor lanterns and they are just the best! Classy meets practicability in a product.

Ordering was easy. The product was even better quality than we expected. We now have the solar lanterns (6 of them) and the solar string lights in our outdoor area. Every one who visits comments on how stunning they look. We recently got the heater and we are loving it, so are our cats. Good job Litehouse

I placed an order for four lights and sent a cancellation email less than 12 hours later. I received an automated response stating my case was being reviewed, yet they shipped the order a full day later anyway. Now, I am stuck paying return postage fees and chasing a human response for a refund. Based on the quality and the lack of support, this feels more like a marketing gimmick than a legitimate business. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I had bought about 5 weeks ago 2 lanterns due to their quite “aggressiv“ and continue marketing in FB . I thought these lanterns as they are also costly and of metal should be of an excellent quality. Unfortunately the time period of shining is not long. There are 3 different shining modus to select, very bright, middle and soft shining. Although the lanterns stand during the day in full sunshine if I select the modus of the brightest shining the lanterns shine only about 2,5 hours in the dark and then go off. I complaint this malfunction ( as I thought it is) by the company and they immediately sent 2 new lanterns . But unfortunately also the new lanterns do not shine more than 2,5 hours in the very bright modus, so they have the same problem. Maybe in the „ middle shiny modus“ the period of shining is more but this costly lantern should shine also in the brightest shine modus much more longer, so their solar panel seems not the best. The service of the company is good, also the lantern itself as material is nice but the short shining time in the evening and night is disappointing .
