The product originally was fabulous, but after a couple months of use the device just stopped working. I’ve contacted customer services several times without any replies. Awful customer service.
It’s quite expensive to stop working after only a couples months use.

My fist ever ‘beauty’ purchase
So, at 58 and a bloke I have bought my first ‘beauty’ product, although I’ll go with body maintenance device. Arrived quickly and although I was a little sceptical as it felt very lightweight, it’s very effective and in a short time, both my feet feel rejuvenated - including a persistent returning corn that no longer is giving me discomfort. Watching all that skin ‘Parmesan’ falling away was most satisfying and to top it off I washed my feet and in another first of my life, applied moisturiser! I may even switch to the finer roller tomorrow for a final polish and moisturise again!!!

Kept seeing this Nuvé on my socials
Kept seeing this on my socials. I walk a LOT so end up with a lot of calluses hard and flaky skin on my feet. This is very addictive, but so satisfying to slough away all of that dead skin. My daughter now wants one! Fabulous customer care too.

I have always looked after my feet, as I am barefoot a lot of the time. I owned a battery operated Scholl, which I thought was good but this is much more powerful thus more effective in a much shorter time. So glad I changed. Definitely recommened. Just wish I could buy just the coarse heads....

Trying to resolve missing parcel nobody is getting back to me. Evri telling me to contact Nuvee.
Update i have now received replacement.
I think product is very good if I had known they use Evri as courier might have asked for another form of delivery.

Ordered on 22 Aug. Still waiting for delivery. Looks like this is a Chinese based seller and shipping times are very long. Email sent to Nuve days back yet to be answered... In response to Nuve , the email was sent to info at nuvebrand.com

The product itself was great however when attempting to charge for the first time it wouldn’t charge. Sent several emails and no response. Literally used it once and now unable to use. Just want replacement.
Update. Order number is 405560. It was from a different email address however I have sent several emails to 3 different email addresses - help@, support@ and info@. No response or acknowledgement to ether.

This product really works, my feet were awful but now feel much better, I love that you can recharge it and no batteries needed… I wish the heel balm was included with the product or even a small sample as I bought it elsewhere to save paying postage again…but a nice touch was 60%off next purchase card included with it so I ended up buying my friends one as a birthday gift, which they also loved
