You guys always get the order to the designation but the 2-3 day delivery is very poor. It is usually a week before it arrives.

Was gonna order a 3dxl chamber because they had an ok deal on it but glad I read the reviews I have been trying to call them since Friday it is now 1pm on Monday no call back no nothing if you cant get ahold of someone you know they aren't gonna value the warranty so grateful for everyone's reviews before getting screwed by this business

Wish I had read a few reviews before ordering but I could have driven to Missouri, or wherever they are, in the time it took for my delivery to arrive. It took 17 days for a 3 ~ 5 day delivery with no answers from the company. Never buying from this hack company again. Only redeeming factor is I did get my stuff

Be careful when ordering from this company. Husband ordered a lighter and bought the shipping insurance. The lighter never arrived, but they say it shows delivered by USPS. USPS is no help, and with the company's shipping insurance, they are telling us it's our problem. Way to go, Lighterusa, no customer service to help remedy. We will let our bank handle it now.

They sold me pods that were broken inside the packs and refused to refund my money for it, it was not in their clearance section

Never got my product or my money back. Both Lighter USA and FedEx refuse to help me out and they keep pointing the finger at each other. I was supposed to get my package almost a month ago.

I wish I could tell you how the products are. I ordered something June 25th and have yet to receive it. Tracking information has not been updated since June 30th it was supposed to be here by June 30th. Reaching out to the company they just put the blame on the mail service and say it's out of their hands.

Placed an order, was charged and given a Fed Ex tracking number stating the label had been created. I used standard 3 to 5 day shipping, and it has been 20 days as of writing this review. I still do not have my item, nor has the tracking information progressed past label created at all. I requested a return based on the fact that the item never even made it to Fed Ex, and was denied by Lighter USA, so instead had to decline and dispute the transaction through my bank. First and last order from these inept shippers.
