The book I ordered was perfect, as well as the packaging. The delivery took way longer than advertised: on the purchasing page it said 5-7 days, then once I ordered it the confirmation email said 11-18 days, and in the end it took 25 days.

It took a month to recieve my order. If the estimated shipping time was displayed during the purchase process, I would probably not have bought this items.

Just perfect!
I ordered 3 books from a series I wasn't sure anyone would even know about, expecting the softcover low quality unknown books had. I also didn't think too much of the delivery time, as I initially thought it would be a week. Not only did they deliver the books in a high-quality, malleable (which i love) softcover quality, but one of them actually got damaged during shipping. A few days in, I got an e-mail that said they'd replace it FOR FREE with just a few days until they delivered it!!! I was speechless. Amazing price, amazing delivery, and i think it's obvious how much they care about their customers.

An excellent bookstore
It was easy to find and buy the book in the website. The price was incredible. I received It and It was carefully packaged and was in perfect condition.
The only problem I have was the long time of delivery. I already know it would take so long so, It wasn't a big problem for me. However, the delivery time is a point to improve.

Package, book and delivery prices are very good, the delivery time although pre-announced it seems too long for the means now available. In my case three books had to be coordinated, and it took about 20 days.
Before I decide any purchase, I'll check here.
