Be prepared to pay 15 EUR to return their products!
I have ordered items, which I have returned. Lekmer states that if you return products, you need to pay 5 EUR, hovewer because I have chosen to pay with Klarna campaign I have to pay now 5 additional EUR to Klarna and Klarna states that I owe to Lekmer not 5 EUR but 10 EUR. I have emailed and called to Lekmer and to Klarna and Lekmer have told that they resolved issue, but I still have an invoice from Klarna which states that I need to pay 14,94 EUR. I would not recommend to order from Lekmer, because only for return you will need to pay 15 EUR.

We do have a return fee of about 5eur which you have to pay when you send a return to us with our return slip. The 5eur fee you must pay to Klarna is not something we can implement on since this is a deal between the you as a customer and Klarna.
We are not sure about the additional 5 eur that you have on your bill, please send us an email with your order number and mark the email with "ATT; Trustpilot".

Lekemer not back for shipping money! Be careful what you buy if its small or big to your child, notice you will be paid for your return! Products was cost with delivery (49kron)- 503 norwegians nok . I was return iteam ( was small to my baby). After few days I get email message form my bank that's Lekmer return to me 375 norwegian kroner (128 norwegian kr) its that's they not back! Its was delivery!

Fantastisk webshop
Fantastisk webshop. I have been buying things here for my three children ever since child number 1 (2013)
I love their offer. The more you buy the more you save.
I also love their customer service representative Vicki.
She helped me to have my deliveries and returns handled more quickly..
The delivery is fast and easy.
They have wide variety of offers and Scandinavian popular products i really really love such as Najell carrier and kørepose, easy grow, babybjørn and more.

Great service, had an issue with the size on One of the items bought, which was exchanged for another item In less than a weekend, even though the first item they sent to replace it was sent to the wrong address the first time. Will definitely use Lekmer again :-)
