I've ordered some parts for my car 2 weeks ago, some of them were sold out and I asked to delete theese parts from my order and send the rest. Five or six times they wrote that they would send an offer for the parts, so far I haven't received neither offer or parts.
This company is a waste of time!
The website does not offer VAT refunds and promised to refund the tax. However, customer support for other orders said they could not refund because their policies had changed.
If you are a company from EU do not buy from this site as they do not refund the VAT which is required to do so in EU. In our case we bought parts from the site with Swedish VAT included which was promised to be returned. Later out of 3 orders which were over 1500, only one got refunded and for the other ones customer support is saying they cannot refund it because their rules have changed and they no longer return VAT. Absolutely bad experience.
