Expensive delivery and not even to your address as agreed. Customer service does not reply emails nor WhatsApp. Really bad customer experience and really expensive. Do not recommend it. Also, using 5 stars recommendations in their website that cannot be trusted nor verified

Samples are easy to use and the colors look great, I do like their brand. From comparison with other brands and advice from friends who have also bought from this brand before, it’s a bit pricy, but it has the advantage of being practical for someone who is a beginner.

Not sure if it’s common practice, but there were times I was unsure if I should order more paint in advance because I was going to be painting and didn’t want to leave the work unfinished. But since once you order paint you cannot return it even if it’s not opened, I ended up ordering more than I needed. I wish they were more flexible since it’s a brand that is very friendly for non-professionals.

We ordered the stickers to decide on which colour we want to use. They are a really great solution as they give a very good impression of what the color looks like and you can leave them on for a few days to see them in different light conditions.

We decided for a color and ordered the paint. The estimation on the amount you need is actually very accurate (we painted on a white wall), which we did not really expect. Ordered too much as usually these estimates are not sufficient... when we wanted to return the leftovers we found out that they do not allow for that, which is a bit of a shame. But when reaching out to their customer service they found a simple and pragmatic solution very quickly.

Flimsy packaging in plastic bags. Two bags got damaged, paint leaking all over. Very disappointed. Clearly not environmentally and budget friendly as I need one more delivery. And paint is waisted.
Paint seems fine.

Quick delivery. I really love the paint. At first I thought that the amount of paint in the bag was way too little but the coverage is so good.
I am delighted at how my kitchen and hallway have turned out.
I initially ordered the adhesive colour squares so we could see the colour in different lighting and times of day.

So far the samples have come in successfully and are well packaged. They are actually painted samples, so you can see the actual color as it will appear in your home.

The samples are large and self adhesive for the walls. Will update my review once we order and paint!
