KwadrO Ramen en Deuren Reviews 

We ordered our windows from this office end of April. We signed the contract underlying how important it was for us the delivery time. We wanted to go with Kwadro even if we had other options because they were located in our city and they promised us the delivery times would fit our calendar, which would be maximum 8 weeks. We were told that the contract mentions 10 to 12 weeks after the measures were taken but it would never go there and be that late. When we asked to change this also in the contract, we were again told this was just formality and we shouldn’t be worried about that. Now we are being called to say that the delivery will be beginning of September and not July as we all agreed as the contract mentions 15 weeks, which is unbelievable because the document that we were shown to sign was not mentioning 15 weeks. We tried to explain that this is not what was promised or agreed, again the approach totally changed and the kindness totally disappeared and now we are facing a horrible delay in all other works!
We were also offered to do the renovations with their renovation company. When we started to question the quote or make changes in the quote, the nice attitude completely changed and we were told that we were being difficult.
So this place, to our experience, is all about sales. We regret choosing to work with them as all was an act until we signed the contract. All the promises and the flexibility they said having were empty words. When you are buying and renovating a house, you are running against time and every handicap causes financial damage. Now, this is pushing our plans for two months which causes us quite some loss. We do not recommend this place.

All your wishes are well understood and presented in their nice office. Price wise I would highly recommend KwadrO as you get high quality for a good price

The new windows in my apartment were fully installed in one day by a great team of Ukranian/Belarus craftsmen. The new windows look amazing, sturdy, and thick. The coloring of the PVC is incredible, it looks like real wood and matches my ceiling wooden beams. The only thing I could say that needs improvement is the size of the windows, they are quite small relative to the surface area of the wall opening, but this is due to the ventilation latch on top of the windows (which are very useless in an apartment like mine, but which I understand are legally obliged to be installed).

I will be getting new doors with Kwadro next, as I am very glad about their price to quality ratio.
