Excellent service. When I placed my order, the system pulled the wrong delivery address. When I contacted support, they promised to resolve it as quickly as possible. To ensure I didn't have to wait too long, they sent a new shipment of my racket to the correct address completely free of charge. I fully recommend this site.

I would like to sincerely thank the store for the outstanding way they handled my warranty claim. The entire process was managed professionally, quickly, and fairly, based on the evidence I provided. My claim was accepted without any unnecessary complications, and I was even given the opportunity to choose how the issue would be resolved, which shows a genuine customer-focused approach.
What impressed me the most was the communication. Everything was handled via email, and throughout both the claim and replacement process, I was clearly guided step by step on what I needed to do and what would happen next. This made the whole experience smooth, transparent, and stress-free.
The speed of service was simply incredible. I received my replacement racket just two days after the replacement order was placed. Considering that I live in Poland and the shipment was sent from the Netherlands, this is almost unbelievable!
I can wholeheartedly recommend this store to anyone. I truly wish every retailer provided customer service at this level. Professional, fast, fair, and exceptionally customer-friendly from start to finish.
