The support was very helpful, because the selection of the specific weight I did choose for my racket was lost somewhere at the checkout. The support contacted me then immediately only hours after my order was sent in and confirmed the weight of the racket with me again. The next day my order got shipped already and everything went smooth and fast. So everything was perfect!

Padel racket
I ordered two paddle rackets and one of them arrived with bad printing and the top of the racket was painted yellow with the sticker.
