This company is amazing. I recently placed an order and 1 vape was faulty, I emailed to advise and within minutes I received a reply from them and a new vape was organised as a replacement. Very highly recommend this company. Impeccable service.

I was slightly annoyed last week when I ordered and discovered they hadn't sent anything 24 hrs later like they said they did , so I demanded my refund which I got 24 hrs later with an apology and to my surprise they still went ahead and sent me the product 😭 this is what you call customer service ladies and gents I will definitely be a returning customer and I will be patient this time around , I think seeing some negative reviews from recently got me thinking I was getting scammed , I apologise for jumping the gun too quick and and being unreasonable..

Paid over $300!!! Not easy money to lose😭😭 my dumbass thought maybe it’ll still come with some time as the reviews were good when I first looked but nope!! Nothing came. Avoid at all cost. Seeing reviews now it seems I wasn’t the only one. Not sure if I really buy the story of them “refunding/resending” and that it was a copycat site. don’t recommend

Fast delivery, excellent service

Legit and great communication. One of my selections was out of stock, got a text to confirm if I wanted to change to a different product or refund then received a picture of my order and it arrived 2 business days later. Top notch, will be ordering again!

UPDATE: got an email from them now!

They lost my parcel and emailed me that they gonna refund the money.. I provided them already my payid but until now no money hasn't receive from them!!

I order Thursday August 6th, until now only the latest update since then is tracking # but hasn't been shipped i place my order on the official website they mentioning here. Last email i received from them they can check on their warehouse why my order hasn't been shipped yet until now no movement at all.. They created the tracking number from aupost only says "Label created by sender" i thought this is legit.

I had initially been scammed nearly $300. After payment the scammers asked me to pay more for insurance before delivery so I refused then they ghosted me.
I left a bad review here and got a response. So I sent an email, the real team compensated for my losses :) no money lost in the end. Will give the real sites a go again when the ones I want are in stock. Very responsive team.

Very good, returned money after sending and didn’t receive again, due to a massive delay, have sent a follow up batch due to the dramas caused. Will buy a few more and continue to buy if stock reaches my address

These guys are the legit website. Be careful of scammers using varieties of their domain as I got scammed thinking it was them. Great communication and really fast free postage.
