Asked for money upfront no issue I paid.
Then asked for a $200 delivery insurance payment which I paid as fully refundable on delivery.
Then asked for a $300 city permit to deliver in accordance with regulations. Which I refused to pay and asked for a refund. Yet to receive refund still waiting they told me a week for refund.

First time buyer. Very quick and easy process. They advised there may be a delay due to staff away but arrived within 4 working days. Receiving 4 stars as even though it was quick and easy they sent two of the same flavours instead of the two separate flavours I ordered. Aside from that, everything was great
