After several attempts with other companies, waiting 9 days for product etc. I came across Auspostvape. The site was clear and concise; the prices beat 5 other competitors and had a new product I had heard about that other sites did not have. Finally, I have found a site with best price, product of choice and arrives super quick. Have suggested to some friends and they concur. Many thanks from another new satisfied customer.

I was hesitant & nervous as the previous company/site I used I was scammed, but my fears were quickly gone. I ordered late Friday night, I was given a bonus $10 off & I received order confirmation within a few minutes off placing my order. On the Monday I got an email telling me my order had been shipped & was on the way and I received my order on Thursday. From trying a brand new site late Friday night to receiving my order in Perth less than a week later was amazing. It was my first order, it won’t be my last

I was abit worried about my first order as I got scammed by another company (aussievapemart) , I received my first order from aus bulk vapes within 2 days and made another order and got them within two days and im very happy with my order 😊

Worthless. Ordered 20 vapes, missing flavours I ordered and have been given others instead.
Clearly just offloading old stock onto people buying online.
Won’t buy from again when there’s so many alternatives.

If I could give them zero stars I would, Did not receive product and when contacting them they held no accountability. No refund, nothing. I would highly recommend you DO NOT purchase from this fraudulent business.

I’ve been purchasing from Aus Bulk Vapes for a while now and I’ve genuinely never had a bad experience. The whole process from ordering through to delivery has always been exceptional, and I’ve always been very happy with the service.

With my latest order, I ordered 10 Strawberry Watermelon Ice, but when I opened the package I was surprised to find 5 Apple Grape Ice and 5 Lychee Water instead.

I completely understand that stock can run out from time to time, and I have no issue with that at all. I just would have appreciated a quick email letting me know Strawberry Watermelon Ice was unavailable and giving me the opportunity to choose my preferred replacement flavours.

It was a little disappointing simply because the flavours were chosen for me without any communication beforehand. Hopefully this is something that can be considered in the future.

Other than that, I’ve always had a great experience with Aus Bulk Vapes and this certainly won’t stop me from being a returning customer. Hopefully the team can help me out with this one, and I look forward to ordering again.
