Numbers keep going offline

Numbers keep going offline. If i try to renew i get:

''The phone number you are trying to place an order with is offline.''

This causes me to lose access to the entire whatsapp account it happened 3 times already.

Hi Elia,

Im sorry that you have this experience with us. Unfortunately in receiving SMS there are many things that could go wrong. For example if you already made many Vinted accounts in the past they could block your IP address. And then the SMS will not come in on our side.

I've just tested it myself and see that our Vinted numbers are working fine for me. So please send me an email at support@juicysms.com and I will look into it together with you to get it working!

Amazing

Phone numbers are used multiple times

Phone numbers are used multiple times, thats why my whatsapp account got flagged permanently and i think they do that for all their services

Im sorry to hear you got a bad experience. But I have to correct you here. WhatsApp flagging happens because of your device or what you do on the account and not because of the numbers.

If I could give zero stars

If I could give zero stars, I would. Stay away—they aren't reliable anymore. The phone numbers don't work, you get tired of waiting for the code, and my referrals and I have funds tied up with them with no way to get a refund. When you write to support, they reply whenever they feel like it.

Stolen balance and flagged numbers

Topped up my account and they stole my balance and still gaslit me in the process.
Also, don't use their telegram numbers, gets banned immediately.

The numbers we sell our 100% real mobile numbers from only major carriers. This is what makes our service work so well, because services can not see that you are using JuicySMS :)

So if you get banned on Telegram it is likely your own device or IP that is causing the issue.
