Interlane Reviews 

So I have to take back everything I previously wrote in my review about Interlane. After my previous review we were contacted by Ron and I’m happy to say he made everything right. The car has now safely arrived in BC. Ron was truly great and provided regular updates, We didn’t get off to the best start but thanks to Ron and the Interlane team they made it right. 5 stars to you all.

I shipped my vehicle from Calgary, AB to Saint John, NB in March of 2026. They said it was going to leave the day after I dropped it off and it sat in Calgary for 1 week before it left. Then it stopped in Montreal and was there sitting for 1 week. During my cars stay there, they drove my vehicle 30 kms. Not sure why. I questioned them and they didn't seem to know. Interesting! It gets better. My car arrived DAMAGED! The entire drivers side of my vehicle was scratched and dented to crap. They claimed that this has "never" happened before. They wanted their "buddies" to fix it and that was a hard no for us. Now fast forward how many months, my vehicle is FINALLY fixed. Their insurance covered the $6000 worth of damages, but they have YET to reimburse us for our rental vehicle that we had for 10 days, so $1000 we are out of pocket. I posted a review to get their butts in gear to get my vehicle fixed and now I'm reposting to get their butts in gear to reimburse us for our rental car that they said they would cover as well as offering as a discount because our overall experience was terrible. They basically harassed us to remove the review. This review will be staying on there until we are reimbursed and given a discount. Overall, I would NOT recommend this company. I give them a 1 star and if I could give them a -1 star, I would. Very poor communication from day 1.
If I could post pictures of the damage, I would be adding them to this review as well. My vehicle is now fixed, but it will never be the same after the extensive damages.

Used their service to transport our automobile from Ontario to British Columbia. Their rates were reasonable, and they provided timely service. They were were responsive to all my requests and were efficient and trust worthy. I would definitely use their services again and recommend to others.

What made me come forward to says is that Interlane Transport really care about their customers and willing to do extra to help me resolve my shipping issue. They even willing to compensate my expenses that I ended up incurred during the delays.
That something many others don't do. I give them hands up for this particularly Ron the operation managers. He really care about the customers.

Update – August 19:
Following my review, one of Interlane's Directors contacted me directly and made a genuine effort to resolve the situation. He was proactive in looking for a solution, patient throughout our discussions, and took the time to gather the relevant information regarding the damage to my vehicle.

Once the necessary repair had been assessed, Interlane agreed to cover the cost of repairing the damage. We have agreed that this settles the matter.

While my original review reflects my experience with the transport and communication at the time, I very much appreciate the way the matter was handled once it reached the Director's attention and his willingness to bring it to a fair conclusion.

I used Interlane to transport a vehicle from London, Ontario to Regina, Saskatchewan. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of what I expected based on the company's positive reviews.

It is worth noting that Interlane is a broker - they do not operate their own fleet, but rather arrange transportation through third-party carriers.

Timeline and Delivery:
Pickup: June 23
Delivery: July 29 (36 calendar days total)
Quoted Timeframe: 5–18 business days

Even after the vehicle reached Regina, Interlane never notified me of its arrival. I only learned it was at the terminal through a third party and went to pick it up the following day.

Communication Breakdown:
Communication throughout the 36 days was consistently poor and reactive. I received virtually no proactive updates and had to initiate almost every inquiry myself. At no point was I informed of the vehicle's actual location. During one update, I was told another driver would take over the transport "in a few days," which was followed by a full week of complete silence.

Vehicle Condition Upon Arrival:
While the vehicle ultimately arrived without structural damage, it was delivered extremely dirty along the driver's side with substantial exhaust-related soot. Most of it washed off, but heavy spotting on the window moulding remained and appears to have caused permanent surface damage.

Customer Support & Follow-Through:
After reaching out directly to one of Interlane's founders, I was contacted by the Operations Manager, who apologized and promised to call me the next day with a resolution. That follow-up call never happened. Subsequent outreach to the founder was ignored.

Final Thoughts:
The vehicle ultimately arrived, but the 36-day transit time, lack of transparency, absence of an arrival notification, cosmetic damage at delivery, and complete failure to follow through on a promised resolution made this a deeply frustrating process. I have had vehicles transported before, and this was by far the worst experience I have had with a vehicle transport company.
