Great Service - Great App
I am using Instarem for few years now. The app, service and performance of the app is awesome. Never got any issues except slight delays for some transactions based on some conditions (which is reasonable). Overall this is one of the best user experienced app.

First time to use Instarem , 100% satisfaction
I used currency fair to send 1000 baht to Thailand . After fees the recipient was credited with net amount of 549.99 baht as the transfer was treated as “an international transfer “.
So i decided to use Instarem instead . Again I sent 1000 baht to The same recipient . This time the recipient received the full amount , 1000 baht. As the transfer was treated as “a domestic transfer “

My transaction is taking far longer…
My transaction is taking far longer than promised, and I still haven't received any clear explanation or update.
I've contacted the live chat multiple times, but all l get are generic responses instead of a concrete answer. This is very frustrating, especially when it's my money and I need to know exactly what's happening.
I need a precise update and a clear timeline for when my transaction will be completed today!!! I've made other transactions and had no problems, but now that I need the money more urgently, I'm not getting any response. Stop scamming people!
