Sh*t bank that discriminates against Ukrainian users. They haven’t been able to open an account for me for over a month! I’ve visited the branch twice, but my issue still hasn’t been resolved.

ING Home’Bank is exceptional—it has made my life so much easier. Every interaction I’ve had with the bank has been excellent. I was particularly pleased recently when a website tried to charge me for a subscription. ING blocked the transaction. Kudos to ING!

I’ve been very satisfied with ING. Opening and managing my account has been simple, the mobile app works smoothly, and transfers are completed quickly. what I really like about ING is how friendly and easy to use is the HomeBank. The notifications and in-app messages do not feel like boring bank talk; they feel very relaxed. I have not have any payment problems, which I experienced with other banks. In my experience with ING, everything works smoothly and it is the friendliest bank I have ever used.

I’ve been banking with ING for a while now and I’m really happy with the service. The ING Home'Bank app is super intuitive, fast, and makes it easy to manage everything from transfers to savings. Staff, promotions and cc

Everything is so easy and accessible in comparison with other banks. Support team is always customer focus and very helpful, the products and offers are great and their campaigns are super catchy and fun. I was pleasantly surprised also with a package from ING while picking up my eMag order and the gift is super thoughtful and useful.

The quick response from the Instagram ING team helped me recover my account and made sure I wasn’t left without spending money during my vacation. They were extremely kind and professional!

When i have a problem the response is positive and prompt

The banking system arrogance is present in ING too. They have all the rights, customer have all the obligations. They blocked my business account 30 days after they send an email. No call, no human contact. My money. This is their business relationship model. No surprise the rating they have. They don't care.

I work every single day, receive a pension, and keep a healthy balance in my account. I have never loaned money from any ING. Yet, when I requested a credit card on the app, it blocked me and told me to go to a branch.

When I called customer service, they told me I can only apply for a credit card because I'm over 70 years old.

Imagine, I feel exactly the same as when I was 18, but you get this answer from a bank that uses your money for no interest to make more money, and won't give you credit on your own financial stability.

Beside the 70+ restriction the European law is clear: a bank cannot issue a lazy, blanket refusal solely because of an age number without evaluating individual financial health (like pension, assets, and credit history).

So where are you, ING??? You probably don't care because your rating is already low, but you deserve this minimum 1-star rating.
