Overall very good and looks…

Overall very good and looks aesthetically as well. What they have not mentioned though is every time you want to put in new seeds you need to clean the roots, takes 5min or so per week. Do not wet the pads outside of the Metall arrangement to be smart and try being faster it falls apart when you want to put it into the metal the next day. Would have loved to have a version with a battery so I could have placed it more freely. We are ordering the 2nd one as it only „feeds“ on adult / week

Dear Omara,

thank you so much for your thoughtful and honest feedback! 💚

We’re really happy to hear that you like the system overall and that it fits well aesthetically in your home. And thank you also for mentioning the practical points around cleaning and handling the pads. That kind of feedback is very valuable for us, especially because it helps other customers understand the daily routine better.

You’re right: after harvesting, the roots and tray should be cleaned before starting the next round. It usually only takes a few minutes, but of course it is still part of the process. And yes, the pads should ideally be placed directly into the metal insert before watering, as they can become more delicate once wet.

Your point about a battery version is also really interesting. We completely understand that it would make placement even more flexible. We’ll happily pass this feedback on internally.

How lovely that you’re already ordering a second ingarden. Thank you so much for your trust and we hope you continue to enjoy growing your fresh Microgreens at home!

Warm regards
Tess from the ingarden Team 🌱
