On October 19th, I ordered three sachets of Vaya and was able to order another three sachets at a cheaper rate. I did so. The first order of three sachets arrived quite quickly. If there was anything wrong with your order, you could reply via email. I did this, as I had ordered 6 sachets in total. Initially, the email correspondence was polite, but unfortunately, I haven't heard anything for a week now, even though I provided all the evidence. It's a shame, because I find using Vaya very pleasant and quickly notice that my energy has improved. I hope this will still be resolved, because this is a very expensive purchase.

I placed an order on August 20th 2026. The tracking service that is offered is useless as no updates are there.
After 11 days I have not yet received the parcel. The customer service inform me of a first attempt of delivery (no notification done upfront) that will be repeated in 2 days. No notifications, no delivery, no parcel. I have been at home all the time. The customer service says they are not responsible for the courier. I have no idea about where the parcel is. Impossible to track the parcel through the tracking system. I asked for a reimbursement but they say this can be done when the parcel is officially lost. Impossible for me to get info on that.
No idea how this story will end but for sure the customer experience is very poor.

I’m 35 and started taking Vaya creatine a couple of weeks ago. I initially got it for workouts, but I’ve already noticed better energy, faster recovery, and just feeling stronger overall.

It mixes well, tastes fine, and hasn’t caused any stomach issues for me. Simple product, but it’s made a real difference in how I feel day to day.
