I have been a subscriber to Incogni for…
I habeen a subscriber to Incogni for several years. This year Incogni did not send me reports for several months. I contacted them and after many email exchanges they finally agreed that they had been at fault and not me. However, a number of different "customer support" people have been handling this. I received an email saying that I was not receiving the reports because I had marked them as spam. Weeks ago another Incogni support person said that I had NOT marked the reports as spam but it had been an internal problem at Incogni. Instead of extending by 3 months or so they only now are offering a month though it was their problem not mine.

Spam calls when others may need me in an emergency
I would get in the area of 12 spam calls on my phone (and unwanted spam on my gmail). Now I get maybe 1 spam call every 2 weeks.
i have individuals I care for so when I get a call, it may be a friend in distress but instead it is one of these stupid marketers.

Best thing I ever subscribed to…..
Really really impressed with Incogni. I had it for about a month before I lost hours in my job and unfortunately had to cancel it but I will absolutely joining again. After a couple of weeks the spam calls, crappy emails and other nonsense had virtually stopped. I will definitely be back and hopefully on a discounted annual plan.

spam calls/text increased since signing up
In early days of use there was a 10x increase in spam call and messages i never use to receive before signing up to incogni.
Customer service was reasonable, understood the issue and refunded the money. Hope you will all have better luck with this service.
