Had to contact Lifelock to unlock my…

Had to contact Lifelock to unlock my credit report when applied for another cell phone service. They were helpful with request, but not as quick in response to unlock as I would have liked at the time, but it did get completed.

Only suggestion is that I need better…

Only suggestion is that I need better more simple step by step instructions on what to do when you send me alerts about things like "email" picked up on dark web. Current instructions set too broad and all encompassing and I never really understand what I should or should not be doing if anything.
