Love the foundation. Packaging is beautiful. Delivery was timely.

The product and customer service is great

Did not like the products at all they were heavy and didnt give the coverage they claimed it was able to give. It was easy to use but felt heavy on the face and didnt spread evenly and took more product then they advertised to cover your entire face. So im only giving one star for the trial of the product I returned it because I didnt like the way it felt on my face. But the chance to try it with just a dollar was great because I would have been upset if I had paid full price and then not liked it so for that they get the 1 star. Thanks.

There is no product that they promised too

Was pretty thorough with the decision of color matching and at the end the review questions. They added a few in to make sure its not an ai answering.

The best eye liner ever! Vibrant colors and smooth to put on. It last all day and no smudges! I love these! And I will be ordering more.

Il Makiage is impressive in all ways. I started with ordering the foundation, but after receiving amazing full size samples as gifts with purchase I now order the concealer, mascara, blush and bronzer! Great products, pricing, packaging and delivery!

Love this primer - nothing else like it out there, especially for us older girls. BUT, I wish it was easier to tell when it is getting low, so I know when to order more :)

You tell people trial is one amt then when you give charge # you charge full price for prossing bait and switch

Customer service is good. Product doesn't quite hit the mark. Especially for the price. The foundation has claims that it wont rub off after a few minutes of drying time. Not true. Hours later the foundation still rubs off no mater how much or how little I apply. I use their primer and creams as well as their finishing spray. It doesn't help at all. They also claim makeup doesn't crease in fine lines. Again not true. Again I use all their anti aging creams to no avail. This is way too expensive to look the same way cover girl looks.

Products are excellent. I enjoy them and that I can order online and return if not pleased. The ordering process is lengthy and quite a process, though.

The customer service was the best! They always responded quickly and very kind.

Excellent product love when they send free stuff with order

Refund request was immediately processed and was told to keep the product :) plus given a store credit towards purchasing a different product. The Woke Up Foundation wasn't exactly for me, but I did not realize they also sell a pressed powder foundation. I used the credit towards purchasing that, and am hoping it is a better fit for my complexion and foundation needs. All in all very impressed with IL Makiage's trial and refund policy :) You can tell they believe in their products and want you to like them, not just nickel and diming you with complicated return policies.
