Joseph the technician fixed our problem in a timely manner.

I went to IF Furniture today, 9 /6/26
In hamilton.
After getting on the escalator realised I had done the wrong thing. Got the top was very stressed,
But I got this lovely lady, that showed me the couches I had on my phone with such patience, and was extremely helpful about the couches. Explained everything so I totally understood.
Then of course I had to go back down, the staff person knew I was very stressed and she stopped the escalator and helped me all the way down.... to the bottom i was so grateful. For her understanding and kindness, that could of turned out very badly for a 76 year lady.
Thank u so much, unfortunately I didnt get her name, but that is such good service, plus.
She also showed me how to order the couch online...

One of the door of the drawers was damaged due to a manufacturing issue. Joseph came out last week to inspect it and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He was polite, professional, and took the time to carefully assess the problem before arranging for a replacement door to be ordered. I really appreciated his excellent customer service and willingness to help. Thank you, Joseph!

Sold us a bedroom suite that has pre existing holes drilled for the handles, only problem is the holes are uneven so the handles are crooked, apparently this is ok in their eyes because it's still structuraly sound. Ifurniture are trying to say they require a site visit to be done in Auckland but we live in the Bay Of Plenty so will not accept fault or issue a credit. Do not buy their bedroom furniture if you live outside of Auckland, we are out of pocket over 2k

Great delivery and helpful staff. But found it a real challenge unpacking the glass shelf. Mary kindly assisted with a picture on how to get the wooden frame off the glass table without damaging it. It looks wonderful, but I couldn't have unwrapped it by myself. I asked my son to come and help as it was incredibly heavy. Really pleased with it now it's out of it's protective packing

We ordered 2 different types of furniture from iFurniture ( dining table and shoe cabinet ). Ordering the furniture was a very easy and straightforward process and the delivery service was great. It was delivered very quickly and efficiently. The customer service was great. If there was any issues with the furniture, they took their time to listen and fix the issue promptly. Overall we are very happy with the service iFurniture provided us :).

Today I purchased a super king bed from iFurniture and had an amazing experience. The price was great, but what really stood out was the incredible customer service.

The super king bed head did not fit inside my Mitsubishi Outlander, and Joseph went above and beyond to help me. He spent over half an hour carefully wrapping the bed head, placing it securely on the roof of my car, and tying it down properly with rope to make sure it was safe for transport.

I have honestly never experienced such outstanding customer service before. Joseph’s patience, professionalism, and willingness to help made the whole experience stress-free and memorable.

I would definitely recommend iFurniture to everyone and will certainly be coming back in the future.

Terrible quality items. Items on display wearing and falling apart. The stitching coming apart and headrest areas worn terribly on lounge suites. Woven material on the egg chairs all broken. Would not buy anything from here.

Bought a large garden umbrella with some assembly required. The assembly instructions were useless and wrong in some instances which ultimately I had to figure out myself. It has a solar powered light which is activated via remote controller which has to be charged with the provided USB charger. Seemingly hi-tec, but again usless as it does not work. Paid $570.

Jenica was brilliant and so helpful in the online help. Pick up arranged in minutes same day. Thanks again

MARY, was absolutely the best! I had an issue with my Newport Power Reclining Sofa and while it did take a bit to sort it out, Mary kept me up to date and went the extra mile to ensure that my issue was resolved. If you do have an issue with anything and you have to make contact, cross your fingers to get Mary as she will get it sorted for you
