If I could go to zero I would. They sent my clients a damaged nightstand. After sending videos, that Houlte insisted of the damaged nightstand, they have not done anything about it. My clients are frustrated and I am completely embarrassed by choosing this company to help with my client's project. I debated about sending this review but since I cannot get any help from Houlte I had no other choice.

The nightstands arrived quickly and were assembled. Beautiful pieces, well built, love the stone tops and fluted front. Would buy again.

The quality of the items is amazing, and I was able to purchase my items at a discount. Despite that, the customer service guaranteed I will never order from Houlte again.
I placed my original order November 2025. Due to shipping delays, my items weren't delivered until late January. Both items were damaged in ways I couldn't repair, and Houlte offered to replace them free of charge. I was also able to keep the damaged items. This was March 1. I received the first replacement on April 17. I received the second replacement last Friday. And throughout these 8 months, Houlte did not reach out a single time to give me an update on my order. Every time I reached out, I was told I would receive an update shortly. The updates never came. I was never offered any sort of discount or store credit for the inconvenience. At one point, I even received a reprimanding email from a representative named Mariz for contacting Houlte on the weekend, even though Mariz had previously responded to me on a weekend. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing, frustrating, and highly unprofessional. If you value quality over customer service, this is the place for you. If not, I suggest shopping elsewhere.

The fluted side tables are not only GORGEOUS but such high quality. The spacious drawers that close softly The marble top that can handle spills (and our leaky Himalayan Salt Lamps). Originally we needed them in our bedroom, but as they were assembled in our living room, we almost kept them there because wherever you put these tables they will certainly elevate the room! We are vintage furniture collectors because new furniture just won’t cut it; however these tables were a win.

I had a wonderful experience with Houlte. The quality exceeded my expectations, and everything arrived exactly as described. The design is beautiful, the materials feel premium, and it fits perfectly into my home. Customer service was also responsive and helpful throughout the process. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Houlte to anyone looking for stylish, high-quality home products.

The Houlte Alvar Arched Oak Sideboard With Drawers is lovely. We got the set of two. Solid wood construction with a beautiful rich black finish. It provides all the storage we need for our dinnerware and tableware. I also love the two additional drawers at the top to store candles, silverware, and napkins.

The night stand was delivered in a timely manner, and is a beautiful piece of furniture. Came assembled, all that was required was to flip the knobs. Looks great in my space.

Ordered a console table that showed in stock and ready to ship. Placed the order 4/4/26 and it is 6/23/26 with no definite response on when it will be even received for inspection on their end before shipping to me. Every response has been a vague delay pushing the estimated time further and further. This company obviously uses a third company manufacturer with no control or idea of logistics. Very deceiving to trick buyers by showing items are ready to ship. I’m very close to assuming this is all a scam and get my cc to refund payment.

I had a problem with a broken glas when delivered first and the great team did really everything to replace it successfully.

I was skeptical because of the lack of reviews, but the console shipped fast, didn’t take too long together, and looks great! It is real quality and transformed our room into a more modern look, plus it has a ton of storage space. Bonus points for the cable routing holes!

Absolutely love our new Houlte media console (H16882080). I looked for a while for something vintage that was unique to fit our space then came across Houlte and fell in love with this piece and it was at a great price point for the quality. Shipping took a little longer than expected but we received very detailed updates during the shipping process. Totally worth the wait and would definitely order from them again. Easy to put together and it fits perfect in our space.
