My gf was assaulted by the "security" and the response she got from the complaint department was that they saw no excessive amount of force. This is even worse than taking accountability and goes to prove that they know exactly what they are doing and they actively use excessive force on clients. I have seen countless reviews about their brutality, one from a father that saw his daughters eye punched.
