If I could give this company zero stars…
If I could give this company zero stars I would. It has been a nightmare from my first order. I accidentally ordered the wrong size hinge that was my bad however when they sent me the link it wouldn’t allow me exchange and I also couldn’t print the return label, the company needed to send me the label. I ended up returning the incorrect hinges and ordering the correct size hinges. The correct hinges were sent to me however the picture of the hinge didn’t match what was sent to me and also the hinges that were sent to me squeaked when I would open them. I reached out to the company for resolution which was a waste of my time as there was no resolution. I just received a refund for the incorrect order however my order was $31.85 and I only received $13.82 as a refund. I reached out to the company and their refund policy is so confusing that it doesn’t make any sense at all. I understand that I wouldn’t get the shipping charge back but there a difference of $18.03 I was hopeful in the beginning and have been looking for new hinges but now I regret going through this company.

We have sent you return labels multiple times in a PDF format as well, but can't be there with you to walk through any technical issues with your pc or printer. We do not offer refunds for shipping costs if you changed your mind about the order and want to return it. We are always here to assist you and it appears that we have been communicating with you multiple times on this. This review is the 1st time you are telling us about a defect or that you think the hinges don't match a picture. The communications we have from you are informing us that you ordered the wrong products. If you would have told us the product was defective, we would have issued you a full refund right away. At this point, we are not sure where we went wrong with assisting you as our customer service team has been very prompt and courteous with all of your questions. Update: We just gave you a full refund and hope this takes care of all of your issues.
