Received wrong item
Purchased product online and received wrong product at in-store pickup. The product received does not match the online product description. What makes matters worse no returns on Black Friday sale items.

Quality service and products
Tyler and the entire crew at The Hilo Grow Shop get 5 ⭐️’s from me. I emailed them letting them know I am new to indoor hydroponics and had several questions. The very next day, Tyler supplied me with a lot of information and broke it all down in the return email by product and why you want to use it. It was all very helpful information. I have bought everything on line and had it all shipped to my home in a timely manner. Don’t hesitate to buy from this company. Most of the stuff I have purchased was cheaper from Hilo Grow Shop than it was on Amazon. Thanks guys I’m a forever customer.

I came here to get supplies that Home…
I came here to get supplies that Home Depot didn’t have for starting a number of seedlings. Papaya, guava, annona, garcinia, Eugenia, yum berry, lime, & carob to name a few. I’ll likely come back for supplies as long as the prices stay competitive and the selection is good. Ordering online was pretty easy too. Good website. Staff called when my order was ready for pickup.
