A faultless experience. We needed to buy a large number of Trees and visited the site. Will showed us our options even driving us around to choose different stock.
The Trees arrived in excellent condition and I cannot praise this organisation enough.
At a glance prices seem reasonable, however everything is listed without VAT, and then the delivery charges are outrageous. I was going to place an order for 2 plants (7l pots, 50cm height, £25 each) however with a delivery charge of £65 the items were swiftly deleted from my basket.
The delivery was appalling. The driver flatly refused to deliver them on our drive and simply left them in the middle of the pavement.
My wife, who has a painful back, had to drag them on to the drive.
The trees were also nothing like shown on the company's website information.

Great service. Ordered a number that I thought I’d worked out correctly but spoke to Jaime regarding delivery and talked through our order. Jaime convinced me to order less which I’m glad we did otherwise I would have had way too many. Very helpful staff! Quick delivery. Plants arrived in great condition and we’ve had people passing making lovely comments. Definitely recommend.
This was the best price I could find, both online and in local garden centres. The customer service was excellent — they kindly agreed to source the larger-sized trees I was looking for within the range.
When the 15 Leylandii trees arrived, they were all in great condition and clearly well cared for.

Shocked to see this company is selling compost made of 100% peat. Which is terrible for the environment, and, as a hedges business, I would hope they would behave more responsibly towards the natural environment.
