Undelivered after 19 days
It has been 19 days since my order is confirmed (23 May) and i still have yet to receive my order. The tracking from DHL is still showing the same status since day 3 after order confirmation and after the 17th day, my emails to hatstoreworld have been unanswered. Beware of this when purchasing from them and pray that it does not happen to you guys. I have come to the realization that i have just made a donation to the hatstoreworld foundation and i wont be able to get my cap.

I ordered a hat and unfortunately there was a problem with delivery. I got onto the company and dealt with a fantastic woman called Barbara. She was prompt with emails and sent out a new hat straight away. Excellent service. And I love the hat!

My Trusted Shops review was removed as ‘potentially incorrect’. However, i’ll reiterate here, that if you are in the UK, DO NOT waste your money on RM express handling. They will charge you an extra 3 quid, but it does not speed up delivery. You will pay £8 for the same 5 working day service as they ship from outside of the UK. This is not advertised, do not be fooled by the UK url. ‘Express Handling’ is a joke, and coupled with shipping from abroad will not speed up delivery. Again, don’t believe that them prioritising your order and shipping by 1pm has any bearing on RM and delivery schedules. They are oversees, discreetly, are taking the extra £3 from UK customers with no valid return or improved service.

To clarify, Express Handling is an additional service fee for prioritised handling in our warehouse, meaning your order is packed first and shipped the same day whenever possible. It is not an express shipping service, as clearly stated during checkout when selecting the option.
We also provide the expected delivery timeframe directly at checkout when choosing the shipping method. Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, the final delivery time depends on the shipping provider and local postal network.
