By mistake, I ordered basic instead of premium certificate as a gift for my wife. At no extra charge, Happy Land helped me personalize the gift for her. They were an absolute delight to deal with. The certificate and packaging were beautifully done. This is a legitimate company and, truly, this is a wonderful gift idea. My wife is beaming and, already, planning a trip to picnic on her Tuscan land. 😁

The paper “deed” came extremely fast, and it’s so lovely, my Irish friend will love it!
The idea itself is fantastic!! My mother-in-law is going to absolutely LOVE her new Piece of Ireland gift! Super fast shipping and great communication! Only complaint (as others have noted) is the deed itself is not great. Not sure if it's an image file or a PDF that they print, but the words are very slightly blurry, and the "seal" is just illegible. Tough to read it. For $69 (which is more expensive than some other "buy a plot of land" gifts) you would expect better craftsmanship.
Updating my original review and can only say good things about HappyLandGifts! I had ordered a piece of Tuscany for my sister’s bday and for some reason tracking didn’t update and the email I sent to follow up was lost. However, I received an email from one of the co-founders which was both human and heartfelt and they made things right in the best possible way. The gift arrived quickly and it’s exceptional. Very happy and would absolutely order from them again!

The quality of the print is not great. Seems like they printed directly the pdf file. But as a gift concept I like this idea.
I ordered the Devon gift for my husband. We live in New Zealand and they don't normally deliver here. However after I contacted them they went out of their way to send in to us. My husband is delighted with his gift and can't wait to go visit the site. Thank you so much xxx
