Great product, great price. Only complaint: The delivery spammed generated _many_ e-mails, most of which were duplicates or superfluous, and also with a different name on the sender than "HappyFl... See more

The buying process was terrible, though the product itself is okay. I was offered a new customer discount that couldn’t be applied, and later a "3 for 2" deal that also didn’t work. Customer service e... See more

I bought 3 pair of happyflops and they didn’t fit, they where too big. Even if I ordered the smallest sice- 36/37. It’s difficoult maybe impossible to return them. They wanted a picture with the shoes on, and after I sent a pic they haven’t answered me. Unserious company. Don’t buy antyding from them.

No-no sun

Long waiting time.
0 customer support.
They shrink and deform if left on the sun. They support only Scandinavian summer.

I got the buy 5 and get 2 for free

I got the buy 5 and get 2 for free.
Then I wanted to get a bigger size for one pair of the slippers, but they were all sold out. Then I send that one back. Which I had to pay myself. Then I got 5 euro back, because it was one of the free pairs. So in the end I paid more for sending it back than they returned to me. What a scam!! How is it my fault everything is sold out?! There should be a better compensation. I asked for that and after that they ignored my emails.

Not original!

I got a pair of sandals last summer and they were pretty soft and comfy although the holes at the bottom fill up with stones pretty fast.

BUT the 3 pairs in latest delivery are light years from those first ones. All bags were open and another bag with slippers were inside. The logotype was something else, the soles hard and although I got a bigger size, they are almost smaller than the first ones. These are either exchanged in China for cheaper ones or the happy flops know about this.

It feels like the kwaliteit is less

It feels like the kwaliteit is less. The holes under are a pain because stones grader inside them. So I wonder! Are the happy flops different then the ones I had.last time for over litte more then a year.

My feet’s love happy flops

My feet’s love happy flops. I use them inside the house, on my job and in summertime. We have hard floors and my feet hurts. After I started using happy flops my feet don’t hurt anymore.

Great service & love Happyflops, BUT...

The customer service is great! Good updates & effective process from the moment you order! I'm absolutely in love with my happyflops, and wear them every day.. both home and while traveling 😎

BUT - IMPORTANT to know!!; the reason I ordered so many, is because some of the colors attend to shrink in the sun. The black ones, green ones & the pink all shrank 2-3 sizes in the sunny heat 😅 The white survives anything , and my purple are still fine , but they're only used inside. I'm not sure if this has something to do with material/colormix, but it sucks 😔
Customer service gave me new ones the first time I complained, and they were really nice 🙂
But I never got an explanation for why they shrink so much?! And I had to throw 3 more pairs away after summer holidays due to shrinking 😬

They fit perfectly when new, but if you are going to use them outside in a hot & sunny country - order at least one bigger size than usual 😇👌
