I ordered a ring for my fiance and it came in a good time, a pretty box and everything seemed to be looking good. The issue started when we noticed that the size was incorrect (about 2 sizes bigger than the original order specified). We looked around about 2-3 jewelers and asked them for opinions and also took sizes of the ring and saw that our suspicion were correct and we took pictures to send forward to Heiley's. The first guy I talked to was very dismissive and told me that it's probably my or the jewelers mistake and that their sizers are incorrect even after I explained that regardless of the tools at the jewelers the actual ring is way to big to be the size I ordered originally.
I then contacted another agent that helped me right away and took the ring and fixed it free of charge after realizing their mistake.
The ring came back in good shape and we are now past this, all and all I can recommend this service, but, if it's an important occasion maybe give yourself atleast a month before to make sure they didn't forget something.
