Reliable and fast delivery. Very please always with the service.

I strongly advise against using Haarshop. Their handling of delivery issues is catastrophic: my package was stolen even though the carrier indicated it should be placed in a parcel box—it was left on the ground.
Their customer service is appalling: no help whatsoever, just a curt reference to their terms and conditions, delivered in a condescending and frankly unpleasant tone. There is no respect, no empathy—not even for loyal customers. Very few scruples, and no willingness to question their practices. A sickening experience. Avoid at all costs.

I orded a hairoil, but unfortunately the wrong one. I immanently wrote the service about this problem and told them, that I was going to send the product retour. The women I wrote with, send me a ticket for the return. It’s was a really expensive Hairoil and I really didn’t open the Paket at all and send the order back. After a couple days they wrote me back, and said to me that the product has been opened and got damaged. 😡😠🤯

Incredibly bad Customer service. I bought a nail kit called Alessandro through Haar-shop.ch and my nails were completely damaged and discolored from the product. I asked for a refund and to send back the product to them and they simply asked me to resell the product and did not want to help me. I have no interest in buying any products or trusting a company with Customer service that takes no accountability or responsibility for selling a product that is bad and does damages to their customers.

Haar shop is amazing I had once a problem with my order that was solved in the same moment. Amazing costumer service big range of products and they always treat you with little treats . I will continue buying in this shop
