Charging pad fell off, no replacement after three weeks

I bought a Hume Band 2.0 on July 14, 2026 with the Lifetime 10-year warranty. After about three months the charging pad came off and the band won't charge at all. I contacted Hume on October 20. On October 27 they said my case was forwarded for a replacement review, and I confirmed my shipping address that same day. On November 2 support said it had been passed to a specialist. Since then, nothing, no replacement decision, no update, just marketing emails. Searching online, I found several other customers reporting the same thing, the charging contacts coming off after weeks to a few months, and many of them also said customer service stopped responding to them. The band is dead and unusable. I want the warranty replacement, or I'll just take a refund and buy a different fitness tracker.

I ordered the hume 2.0 and paid in full. The band did not arrive and when I enquired Hume advised that they cant deliver to my address. They said they would refund and it has now been 3 weeks and I have sent many email... and no refund or personal response. Im starting to think this is a huge scam.

Not what I expected

Not what I expected. Does not track sleep accurately at all. You can’t even get the health score without the Hume pod. Biggest number on the app BLANK because of it. Has three areas in BETA. Areas that say ‘unlock soon’. If you forget to start an activity you can go back and add. App not user friendly. My Oura ring is much better. Apple Watch much better. Very disappointed

Hume band 2.0 is not worth buying, be aware...

I bought the Hume band 2 weeks ago and had problems since day 2. Band wouldn't hold charge. I can't even use it for 24 hours before it dirs. Contacted the support email several times asking for replacement etc. No response besides the computer generated email "we got your email...". Now I want a refund but I no way of contacting Hume besides the email address, which they don't respond to. I really believe it's a scam. I also got the scale and thinking about returning both. Don't buy from them. It's sounds to good to be true. I really believed in their ad, but the product doesn't hold the expectations. Don't buy it, you might be lucky and it works for you, but if it doesn't your on your own and out of a lot of money. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Once you buy, you’re on your own! There is no human life at this company. If you contact their customer support, you get AI generated responses. It goes nowhere. In fact the very first email I got back said “Many of you have told us our support hasn't been good enough, and you're right.”—3 emails later, still no human intervention and no resolution. Save yourself!! Don’t buy!!

My wife gave me a hume band for…

My wife gave me a hume band for valentines day 2026. After 4 or 5 months the battery started to go dead in 4 days. At first it held a charge for a week. Now it won't connect after 48 hrs. I've missed steps and sleep logs because of this. The band is not worth the money.

Extremely disappointed with Hume…

Extremely disappointed with Hume Health! I paid nearly $250 for the Hume Band 2.0, only to have delayed delivery and received a completely defective device that won’t power on, charge, or connect. For a product at this price point, this is unacceptable. I’m requesting an overnight replacement or an immediate full refund with a prepaid return label. Customer service needs to step up and take accountability. I expected much better from this company!

Battery Life Is Poor - Not Recommended

The instructions with my Hume 2 Band suggest a battery life of around 12 days. I am lucky to get two days. In realilty it will go flat without warning, rendering it's conclusions invalid as it's missed half of your days stats. Contacted customer service 4 times.....clearly ignored!

Avoid at ALL costs

Avoid at ALL costs! Doesn’t work, doesn’t update, support is shocking. Generic response requesting info that has already been sent in full. Such a shame as really hoped this lived up to the thousands of adverts seen on social media bugging up this product. I hope their refund policy is t as terrible as the fake capabilities of the product itself but I’m not very confident from the messages received so far. Be vary wary before purchasing over known reliable alternatives.

Have asked for a refund - stopped working

Takes a few days of reading data before it shows analytics which is fine but then it stopped working after a few days.

Personally found the band to be slightly irritating to wear and there's no warning/indicator regarding battery life.

Purchased 2 as they were on offer and 1 was going to be a christmas gift but will be trying to return both. Good 45 days return period - but it states must be in original packaging, which I threw away after it was initially working as I don't usually keep clutter packaging. Have emailed for a refund, paid by credit card so hopefully will be able to get my money back.

Don't think I'm a fan of wearables and will not be purchasing another.

From Band to Pod: A Great Tracking Experience

I started with the band and found it excellent for tracking sleep patterns, steps, and calorie intake. After adding the Hume Pod, I now have a much more comprehensive view of my health and performance data. It's definitely worth the investment if you're serious about tracking your progress and biometrics

I ordered the Hume Band 2.0 and changed…

I ordered the Hume Band 2.0 and changed my mind shortly afterwards. Hume’s website says orders can be cancelled within one hour, but I wasn’t able to cancel even though I was well inside that window.

I emailed them straight away asking them to cancel the order and not to ship it. They sent it anyway.

I’m now trying to return it under their advertised “easy 45-day returns” policy. I’ve emailed several times and haven’t had a single reply.

It’s very disappointing to see a company advertise a cancellation window and a hassle-free returns policy, then not honour either and not respond to customers. I’d think twice before ordering from Hume until they sort out their customer service.

so far i have sent 9 emails to HUME to arrange the return and not had a single response from them.

be very wary purchasing anything from HUME.

I ordered the band but never got it

I ordered the band but never got it. I tried their "live" chat and it was all AI with no way to get a live person. Support sucks and I had to get my money back from my credit card company. If you look at the reviews the thing sucks. Don't know if it is a scam but sure feels like it. STAY AWAY!!!

Straight scammers!!!

My name is Dillon and I purchased a humeband less than 90 days ago and of coarse right at the 46-49th day my humeband will not charge I tried the main cable they gave me bought 2 more off the Hume Helth website tried those and still nothing. So I reached out to Hume via email because the only time they call is if you leave an item in your cart and leave the website with it still in the cart. Of course, a sales team member will call you to try to sell it. But when it comes to fixing it, so far I’ve been ignored, no calls, no emails back. I’m very frustrated with this whole situation. I thought Hume was gonna be my best option. because it has a free subscription. Well, it turns out that nothing in this world is free, so if you want something free, you can count on it either breaking or dying sometime soon after you buy it. Anybody else who’s bought Hume, good luck. I hope it works for you and anybody else who plans on buying Hume. I would say don’t. You will just have a bad experience eventually.
