AS ALWAYS OUTSTANDING SERVICE. FOR THE LAST YEAR OF BEING ENROLLED IN THE PROGRAM, THE SERVICE STAFF HAVE GONE OUT OF THEIR WAY TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS AND KEEP ME INFORMED OF THE ONGOING NEGOTIATIONS OF OFFERS.

We are early in the process and it appears that the program is not settling our debt as fast we anticipated

Im.not happy with the time it has taken to came to a resolution to my accounts even though I think my case was kind of easy since the amount I owe wasn't a lot. My case is been in process for 9 months and only 1 account has been resolved so far. Im very unhappy and feel that my case is not going anywhere.

I have been trying for over a month to get a document that still hasn't been received!

GRT Financial has assisted me in paying off 2/3 of my debt in the last 3 years. I hope to be fully debt free by this time next year! There are some “hidden” fees for some kind of education. They have been able to negotiate w 3/4 of my creditors so far. So I overlook the BS fees. It may have cost me more, but the outcomes are good.

They help me with dealing with dealing with my debtors. But I wasn’t refunded any finances when I closed the account.

Grt have changed our lifes. We have a clear goal and finish line that we are working towards unlike the endless credit card rollercoaster we were trying to live on.
Do yourself a favour and talk to GRT. Yes they make money for taking on your case and why shouldn't they? The difference is they have all the professionals on hand to deal with creditors and lawyers to support and get the debts settled.
Yes your credit will tank but it's not forever and all part of getting back on track.
Mine went down to 400 but within a year its increased to 565 and growing.
Talk to GRT they will and do help.

So far the experience is that i need to ask many questions to understand mi situation en front of the creditors, plus the fact that few of the phone operators dont wabt to listen
