I got cut on bikini line & also is not stubble free my legs still prickly and I dont see it working very well im actually reallt disappointed with it. It is absolutely terrible, cheap nasty device that really does not work.

This is clearly mass produced cheap drop shipped item.

Save yourself the money & time
They offered refund that meant i had to pay to return it. I have adhd and unfortunately missed the deadline.

I get spam emails constantly

Absolute shit customer service will be canceling subscription. Sent email to CS stating not received goods, but taken momey. They haven't resolved and closed the case. DON'T USE THEM !!!

Another facebook seller. Doesn't shave anything like a razor, or even a decent foil shaver. Then they rope you in to repeat deliveries, which I managed to cancel, but this is complete waste of time. Overpriced, ineffective, and the worst part is the the shaver blades are a pain in the arse to change, very fiddly and poorly designed.

Zubair was excellent and dealt with my enquiry quickly and to my entire satisfaction. Excellent customer service.

Furthermore, the blades and pre-shave oil are superb. The best head shaver combination on the market.

Saw the advert on FB. Kept thinking about it...finally decided to go for it and do happy I did. Shaves my partners head so much quicker and closer! Very happy!

I've had a Trim Pod for many years and it's been brilliant. I recently had a part break and the customer service was amazing, sending out a replacement free of charge. Couldn't fault them!

Fits in hand perfect left or right handed quick an easy to use handed getting fresh blades every month me an my husband both have one he loves shaving his head every other day quick easy clean

Absolutely terrible - firstly, conveniently ignored my cancel request for 2 days until the package was dispatched. Then made it very difficult to return. Secondly, the quality is absolutely dog shit. Avoid avoid avoid

Bought one of these and it arrived no problems and the product is ok however I was put on a subscription paying for blades that I dont need every month and then the company refused to cancel it and wouldnt give me my money back. Looks good value for money on paper for them to scam you into paying more.

This company is an absolute disgrace.Do not order from them.
You will receive new blades with a month of ordering the product.
They have a return policy but do not honour it. I am trying to return unwanted blades and they just ignore my emails.
My bank will now deal with this.

After ordering my shaver it came really quick and I was kept in touch knowing when it would arrive
Used shaver a few times now and pleased with it

When I first purchased my “kit” from Groom I was very skeptical as to how it would work. My first time of using the 7 headed shaver was amazing & all the other accessories I didn’t think I would use - how wrong was I!! Love it’

Rubbish ordered apprently the updated version. Arrived over a week later first few shaves were ok. Then after that all the chrome peeled off the top of the razor. Contacted customer service and was told its normal and not to worry. A few more shaves on it turns itself off and struggling to shave in the bin it goes

The product does not do what is advertised.
There is nothing special for this compared to other shaving products.
Also they charged additional fees and claimed I signed up to a subscription service which was not clear.
Unable to get a refund after contacting customer services several times within 60 day 'trial' period.

I had broken my shaver through my own mistake and the team, were nothing but helpful.
They were really responsive on the emails/customer service.
The product in my opinion is first class been using it for some some now and will always keep with this.
I highly recommend them and the product. Nothing but good value for money
