If I could give a zero I would! They make it impossible to cancel the subscription despite me emailing them several times. It’s absolutely disgraceful! I’m about to report them to consumer affairs!

0 is the actual rating for them. They continue to charge my Apple Cash card after I cancelled the subscription the same day I applied for it. I didn't want to pay that amount every week. So now I have to make sure there are insufficient funds in my account until they stop trying to charge it After getting the subscription I still couldn't see the full length of the movie. Scam and waste of money.

Its a scam, despite I cancelled the very same did I subscribed, they continue charging my credit card, Even though I cancelled via App Store, I do not know how they continue charging directly from my card. They might use their own scam system.

I have never used this app and notice they were charging my digital card every week for months.. I checked and i dont have any subscription anywhere.. not on apple store, not on google play, not even on their website..

Their app doesnt even provide a delete account, or account log in. It appears it just randomly assigns you to different accounts everytime you log in. Then it says go to website and click on account to cancel and well there is not account button. This company is in singapore.. and appears to be a fraudulent company.I had to report them for fraud.

also, its nearly impossible to get a hold of them, even by email. clearly scammers.

I cancelled my subscription 3 months ago and I'm still been charged . And though I'm been charged I can't watch the full episodes I'm reporting the this to my bank and whoever else I can report it to .

I dont even want to give one star. The few episodes i watched before deleting the app jumped from scene to scene and made no sense.

I am writing this to warn everyone about the app "GoodShort". I recently subscribed to their service but cancelled it weeks ago through my iPhone settings.
Despite the cancellation, they have been charging my bank account directly, completely bypassing Apple’s secure in-app billing system. When I checked my Apple subscription history, these charges did not appear because they are not being processed through Apple—they are charging my card directly, likely using information I was tricked into entering within the app.
The transactions on my bank statement show up as "GoodShort-romance."
I have already taken the following steps:
1. Reported the app to Apple for fraudulent behavior and policy violations.
2. Permanently blocked the cards they were charging.
3. Filed a formal dispute/chargeback with my bank.
If you have ever used this app, please check your bank statements immediately. Do not just rely on your Apple subscription list; if you entered your card details directly into the app, you are at risk. Stay away from this app – they are using predatory and deceptive billing practices.

Scam apps that charges my card for yearly membership even though I cancelled through the apps.

Purchased a one time unlock, which had no indication of it being recurring. Then for the following three weeks they charged my card again, even with a stop payment. They do not return any inquiries whatsoever and refuse to reimburse the wrongful charges, as well as close the account.

I finally had to cancel the card and have a new one issued. Stay as far away from this company as you can, their tactics are completely predatory.

I only wish I would have checked reviews beforehand, could have saved myself $75 and a headache.

This company made two unauthorized charges to my account. I requested a refund and they just keep saying it's impossible. Don't fall for it!

Good short took 17.99 out of my bank but did not give me services. I am requesting a weeks worth of services or av refund and cancellation. who do i ask for this?

SCAM- Impossible to cancel. I love to try out new apps. I subscibed for a week thinking nothing of it. This company found some wild loophole- there is no way to cancel within the app or the Apple app store...and it appears I am not the only one having this nightmare experience. I have had to cancel my card to stop recurring charges of $80 a month.

It is basically impossible to cancel a subscription once started. There is no way to do it through Apple OR through the website, no phone number to call, emails to customer service go unanswered. And in the meantime, they draw $80/month from your account.

There are plenty of better shortform vertical film apps with reasonable cancelation policies out there - I had to cancel my card to get this one to stop charging. Buyer BEWARE!

I paid for a one week subscription, it never showed up in my apple subscription to cancel. I had to cancel my card to stop them from charging me. There is no way to email, call, or cancel when it does not show in your apple account.

Goodshort short drama hub claims you can watch free but only show a small part of a drama then the page comes up telling you that you have purchase coins like all the other short drama apps that charge. Don't bother downloading unless you want to pay.

SCAM - you click to pay to unlock for “all series” for 7 days but coins get deducted instead for each episode and youre locked out of other episodes so its not the whole series. $30 for like 40 episodes of 2 min shorts. major scam.

I have no comments on the movie and etc but the surface of the app and customer service sucks!
Usually every app, if need to make payment they will ask and etc. For this I accidentally pressed the membership, it just charged me. I asked for cancellation and refund, the customer service just gave me a repeated sop reply. Not flexible before. I even request that they can minus of I used any of those benefits but no reply. THIS APO IS NOT RECOMMENDED!

Need to be able to watch the episodes free. Not paying to watch episodes. Takes forever to finish a drama. I have found free apps. Will be deleting app after finishing a frame that i started over a week ago.
