Be wary - won't refund despite policy
I purchased MemoCept because the website advertised a 100% money-back guarantee for 30 days with "no questions asked."
Within the guarantee period, I contacted customer support to request a refund. I advised that we were willing to return all 18 bottles to the United States at our own expense.
Instead of processing the return under the published refund policy, the company repeatedly offered partial refunds if we agreed to keep the products. The offers increased over time, but they were still only partial refunds.
The company's published Refund Policy states that customers may request a full refund within 30 days and that support will provide return instructions. During my correspondence, however, I was told that a 20% warehouse fee would be deducted from any returned order, despite that not appearing in the published Refund Policy that I relied upon when purchasing.
At the time of writing, I have exchanged an email per day with them over the last 7 days and am still trying to exercise the advertised 30-day money-back guarantee.
My advice to prospective customers is to read the refund policy carefully, keep copies of all correspondence and screenshots of the published policy, and pay by a credit card that offers chargeback protection.
