Do not take this diet pill my mother suffered from kidney infection and is hurting her. This product should not have been invented. If you need to lose weight get a doctor to prescribe you one
They don’t even deserve 1 star! They charged $738 for 18 bottles and it wasn’t airs them forever to answer you back. Luckily I canceled the order and got a full refund after many emails with distance in between! My last email they told me I have to pay for return shipping because I canceled on the weekend but product was already in truck and they didn’t get my message till Monday and since the package shipped and I got it then I have to pay the shipping! Do NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM AT ALL, it’s a scam!
⭐⭐⭐☆☆ My concern was the shipping, not the product
I purchased AlkaSlim because I understood the product to be an American-made supplement, and that was important to me when deciding whether to try it.
When my order didn’t arrive as expected, I checked the tracking and was honestly shocked by what I found. The package appeared to travel from the United States to Utah, then California, with additional tracking activity showing China and Colombia, before eventually making its way back to Utah and to me. In other words, my six bottles apparently had a more exciting vacation than I did. 😂
I contacted customer service because, regardless of what caused the unusual tracking history, I wasn’t comfortable taking a supplement without understanding how it had been handled during that journey.
The response I received was courteous and acknowledged my concern, but unfortunately didn’t explain the unusual shipping history or clarify the chain of custody. I asked about receiving a replacement shipment that I could feel confident had come directly through the U.S. supply chain. Instead, I ultimately requested a refund.
To their credit, BuyGoods processed the cancellation and refunded my purchase in full without arguing with me. I appreciate that, and the refund has now been received.
I am not reviewing the effectiveness of AlkaSlim, because I chose not to take the product. I’m also not suggesting that the tracking history proves anything improper. I simply felt that I didn’t receive enough explanation to be comfortable putting the product into my body.
My biggest disappointment was that I went into this purchase believing I was buying an American-made product, and when the shipping history raised questions about that assumption, I wasn’t given enough information to resolve those questions.
I hope the company can provide greater transparency about its manufacturing and fulfillment process in the future.

From your failed product
I attempted to order this product on line, was switched to a home service order taker. Gave me one price of 6 bottles at $294, then actually charged my credit card $320. When I went to my Iphone phone log to get back to the ordering individual the return number was one with my local area code, called number auto transferred to a phone ordering bank. This is as close to fraud, as you can get.
I had to cancel my card due they kept charging me over $1000.00 dollars for 1 order that I told them I didn’t want. They said they cancelled everything that showed my name on and refund was started and today I received a box with over 20 bottles in it for which I didn’t order and was told was cancelled. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Still trying to reach them to return the box. What a SCAM.
Immediately after providing my credit card number I got two phone calls from non-English speakers "confirming" my order -- claiming I ordered 6 instead of 2. The next day my card was declined by other merchants, and when I called they said the company has been flagged many times for fraud and they canceled the charge. I received the products but now I don't feel comfortable taking them.
Bought the product. Within 30 minutes I cancelled after seeing the reviews. It was not what I thought it was. It WAS refunded immediately to my card and it has stayed that way for a week. Today a box shows up at my door with the whole order in it. I checked my account. Still refunded. Gonna send back. Just to be sure they DONT try charging me for it.
i use this product 4month but i dont see any result
The experience i had after consuming this product for 2 months were really good will definitely continue for next few months .
i will not purchase this item ever again, waste of money .
