I have been waiting almost two weeks for them to let me know what is going on with my return. This is absolutely unacceptable.

These blinds are awesome! Great customer service and the blinds are quality. Great addition to my media room and there is zero light coming through. Highly recommend!

I LOVE THESE BLINDS. THEY LIVEUP TO THE HYPE ABOUT THEM. THEY TOOK LONGER TO PUT UP,BUT ONCE THEY ARE UP THEY ARE GREAT!!

So easy to install, perfect fit...I could not believe how dark the room was at noon.

After years of struggling for a good night's sleep. Guard Blinds gave me back the perfect night of sleep.
I had trouble sleeping in the summer because my old blackout did not work perfectly. Now I can sleep 100% in the dark.

Kept emailing me to say some parts of the measurements were missing and colour. Yet you can't progress to checkout if you don't fully out all the sections. I paid my £107 and had emails to ask to resubmit sizes. After resubmitting sizes I suddenly have to pay an extra £167 because they charge me the wrong price. I have asked for a refund and they have stopped replying. Will now open a dispute with PayPal.

The blinds are very easy to put together and install and they fit perfectly. They do a great job of blocking out the sun and keeps our bedroom cooler because of that.

Product arrived exactly as ordered; although I would do 1-2cm less to have enough space to snuggle into the window frame. Ordered the exact dimensions of window and it a bit tight. Took 4 weeks to arrive with expedited service. Not willing to wait a month to knock off 1 cm on a replacement.

The blinds fit and are very dark.

Zero light - I work night shift as a patrol officer. So getting back home at 5:00am to sleep for the day means I need a completely dark room. Guard Blinds does just that.

It’s also very easy to install which was a nice plus.

Extremely difficult to return if you get a defective blind! You will go around and around and around with customers service emailing with picture and picture after picture to show the defective item! And never get solution!

Thank goodness there are still some companies out there with excellent customer service. I made a mistake when I placed my order and Guard Blinds was very responsive and helped me through correcting the error that I made. They were very kind and helpful. And the product works very well. I’m super happy with this purchase. Highly recommend!

I thought when it arrived and you have to build it it looked complicated but actually with the video was fine to do! Very blackout great for our babies nursery

Very effective, quick and easy installation, quality seems good. They aren’t cheap and a small bit stiffer to open them I was expecting but overall happy with the purchase and will most likely purchase again

Installation fairly easy (3.6m blinds did require additional screw support above supplied and uneven window plastering caused some issues- I probably measured a little tight..
Overall though delighted with my blinds - they are a good quality construction. Room is cooler and 100% dark. Now all I notice is the gap under my bedroom door!
Sleep has definitely improved!

Very easy to install. Delivery took a bit longer since the items come from china but that is fine to me! My room is completly dark! And the items look very nice. I went with the white ones.

I bought these blinds for my husband’s after seeing an on social media—they work exactly as advertised! I am happy that my husband can rest better without daylight disturbing him and we are very pleased with our purchase. So much so, that we intend to purchase a second set for another bedroom. These blinds do not disappoint.

Absolutely worth every penny! The blinds actually block all of the light coming through my window. My window is too large for other blackout shades, except for the ones that require screwing something into the frame. I rent so that wasn’t an option. Finding these shades was a complete gamechanger for me. Not only are they super effective, but the installation was easy and they look great!
