I ordered sinks advertised as Grohe…

I ordered sinks advertised as Grohe products on Fruugo. The product description and images clearly referenced/showed the Grohe brand, so I reasonably expected genuine branded items.

What I received were completely unbranded sinks of very poor quality, nowhere near the standard expected from Grohe products.

When I contacted customer service, they claimed the order was “correct” because somewhere in the technical specifications the item was marked as “unbranded.” However, the overall product presentation, title, description, and photos were clearly misleading.

I find this extremely deceptive and unacceptable, especially considering the high price paid.

Very disappointing experience. Buyers should carefully document listings and screenshots before purchasing.

SCAM COMPANY / LOST MONEY
Ordered trainers and they never arrived. Left a review on trustpilot and Frugo responded on trustpilot to say customer service would get in contact. They NEVER DID RESOLVE - never got trainers and still 200 dollars down. Frugo only wanted to LOOK like they were a legitimate company by responding on TrustPilot (So deceptive it’s disgusting!).

I’ve checked my review today to edit it and it seems they have STARTED A NEW COMPANY PROFILE ON TRUST PILOT TO HIDE BAD REVIEWS. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY and you will LOSE YOUR MONEY!!
