I use 2 steam machine Fortador Pro+ and Fortador Pro S with proprietary chemicals from the company Fortador and according to the manufacturer's recommendation, for almost 12 months of use there are no problems and there are no observed, I recommend this company.

steam is a miracle for me and my car. as well as cleaning the air conditioning system in the car becomes much faster than I could have imagined. thank you for having such a solution that you can use, I will continue to experiment with a protective coating from fortador

i love the machine but the delvery is a different story my skid plate was scratched up and i was charged for a coating product that i didnt get. other then that so far so good

First off I wanna say great Machine when it works I was so excited about my first Lamborghini Fortodor steam cleaner when I first got it it worked very well I was so excited about it I even bought another one then issue for repair had a come into play with both my machines was sent out ever since I sent the machines out they never came back the same the first attempt the machine got damaged Due to poor transportation Company negligence which it was covered under insurance but then when I got the machine back none of the parts looked brand new ever since never cared to use this machine ever again and never worked the same all that money down the drain I had a gentleman who i always call he always was helpful in Miami Florida but there was nothing he can really do machine was sold sign and deliver I will never buy this product again unless Fotordoor makes it right

Loved the steamer and products, but was told to buy a certain generator “Honda 9000w” to power it up and the steamer did not perform properly. Took 40mins to heat up, and every time I used the extractor the steamer would turn off. So, I sold the generator and bought a 16,000w generator and the same issue was happening. Next time I buy a steamer it’ll be one of the Diesal hybrid models to avoid the generator issue.

Since I went to "training" in Miami, the owner just put me to help him on his carwash, I was suppose to be there 3 4 days and after the first I decide to change my flight. I did 20 % training on the equipment and 80% helping him on the business. After I receive my equipment I start having issues in the first 3 weeks, he sent me some parts, then after 3 months bigger issues, and I end it up paying to ship the equipment to Miami in order to fix it by the warranty and they told me the board they change is cover only once and that if breaks again I have to cover the expenses my self. After a month I have more issues with the equipment, and so on so on. I actually sent an email to the Fortador company on Poland complaining about the service of the people in Miami, and never receive an answer. I do not recommend to invest on this equipment.
