My Nomad watch and experienced an issue with the clasp, Nomad customer support was excellent. They listened to my issue and took immediate action. They kept me informed on the process and shipped my replacement watch band quickly. I highly recommend Nomad, the watch bands are high quality, stylish and the customer support is top notch.

Think twice before ordering from Nomad if you care about a smooth and accountable customer experience.

I intended to purchase an iPhone Pro case, but the final order was processed as a Pro Max case.

The more serious problem is what happened afterward. I submitted an exchange request for what should have been a very simple sizing issue, but the request was left “under review” instead of being resolved promptly. I eventually decided to cancel the exchange and request a full refund because the process had already consumed more time and attention than a phone case purchase should require.

Premium pricing should come with a premium level of clarity, convenience, and customer support. In this case, the ordering experience was unclear, and the return process added unnecessary friction rather than solving the problem.

This is not my first bad experience with Nomad. I previously purchased two leather cases, and both deteriorated within only two days of use. Combined with the current ordering and return experience, I no longer believe the quality or customer service justifies the premium price.

There are many companies selling well-made phone cases. Based on this experience, I see no rational reason to choose Nomad when competitors offer similar products with simpler and more customer-friendly return processes.

I didn't know what to expect from the support as experiences I've read about varied. Even if I would get no support I couldn't complain, as I didn't buy from official distributor. But I still got 100% support, quick and helpful, and I got a replacement sent immediately! I say that whether a company is good you can't tell until something goes wrong, only then the real face shows, and Nomad Goods absolutely delivered. I'll gladly keep buying their products in the future, as they stand behind them.

I have a few of the Nomad watch .bands, and they are first class in quality and appearance. My favorites are the Rocky Point bands (I have three), and they really fit the Apple Ultra Watch looks, and make my watch stand out. Finally. They also have first class customer service. I had a minor issue and Roy took care of the problem in short order. If Roy is an example of the Nomad staff, it’s no surprise that they are very successful and carry very high quality items. To Roy, thanks for being so helpful. You are very much appreciated.

A company that stands behind their products like this has my business for sure. Often times people get caught up in trying to find the cheapest, but most of the time you get what you pay for in terms of quality and customer service. In both of those respects Nomad delivers. I’ve always had an exceptional experience with this company, and if someone is considering purchasing their goods I would say do so without hesitation.

Nomad's Stand 1 "SILVER" charger has a 100% WHITE FACE and WHITE space to hold your airpods, with a tiny bit of SILVER on the sides. Bottom line the color reads as WHITE not SILVER.

When your iphone is not docked you will see a WHITE charging stand, NOT silver. It's weird because their Black Stand 1 charger is ALL Black and their Orange Stand 1 charger is ALL Orange, but their "Silver" Stand 1 Charger is primarily WHITE with a tiny bit of silver on the sides. A proper description would have been WHITE with Silver Sides. Other than that, Nomad's products are FIRST CLASS.

One thing that's really important to me is quality customer service that gives quick, efficient replies that treat you as a human they truly care about. Nomad did just that. They've made fantastic products. I have several Apple Watch bands and their Find My card, and they've always been of the highest quality and design.

Great company since they make very good quality products and when I had a problem with the delivery process, they solved it in no time.

I bought the Stand One in Stellar Orange with Qi2.2, as well as the Tracking Card Pro in Stellar Orange, and both products have exceeded my expectations. They work flawlessly, feel premium, and have that clean, thoughtful design NOMAD is known for.
