I did order a 209€ new balance at 16 of May!! I'm completly frustrated because this was to my girlfriends birthday 13 of June. I'm worried now after seeing the reviews of other people . I Email them again (since my phone is gone) for the tracking number and nothing. I'm completly disapointed and hungry. Order number: 373615

Good quality jersey, authentic, for a very nice price. I also ordered the world cup patch and it sticks very well. Shipping took a bit but it was worth the wait.

Prepare to wait long delivery times in terms of business. But they answer emails promptly. (Edit: goods arrived, perfect quality)

Very sketchy online store. Poses as a French site and but even ordering within Europe the shipping is international which points to the products being shipped from Asia. This is not mentioned clearly enough on their site. Which leads me to question the authenticity of the products.
They have a shipping time of up to 21 days but a possible return by the customer has to reach them within 14 days of the customer having reveived it which makes no sense when they are aware that shipping can take up to that 21 days. Also customer has to pay for the return.
Also they don't let you cancel your order without paying a fee. After 24 hours of purchase cancellation is not possible at all.
Been waiting for my order for 17 days and I still don't know where it is. They should mention it clearly before ordering that even orders within Europe will be internationally shipped. Had I known this I would not have ordered at all.
