Very disappointed with the delivery

I ordered a product from Foot Star, but they failed to meet the delivery timeframe they provided themselves. I really needed the kit to arrive by August 29, but the order did not arrive within the promised timeframe.

The tracking system also works very poorly — the information about the package’s location is delayed or it is simply unclear where the package actually is.

I expected much better service. I hope they improve their delivery and tracking system.

Good quality product, my son was really happy with the shirt we bought. Will order from them again for sure!

I messaged them and they sent out the correct one.

I ordered a Spain national team jersey with 2 stars as a gift. The jersey itself arrived on time and looks good, however, I will update this review once it's a little more worn (to see if the stars, custom name etc stay glued to the jersey or if they fall off).
As good as the jersey might be, the customer service is absolutely terrible. I sent the company a mail with questions on 3 separate occasions and even though i received answers on all 3 in a timely manner, the quality of the replies was below any standard for a company like that. The first one I sent before ordering and had quite a lot of questions (5 to be exact, including one if they could advise me on size, since their size guide said L by height and S by weight); I received a generic reply in 2 lines that didn't answer any of the questions asked. In the other mail I asked about where my package is (since their order tracking page went 11 days without any update); I again received a generic automated reply with nothing useful except a tracking number which I already had. The last mail was a response to this nonsense where I firmly requested more information and was met with THAT VERY SAME automated reply AGAIN. At that point I knew all I could do was hope I didn't waste my money and that the jersey actually arrives (which it thankfully did - and even though it's already sitting in my closet, their order tracking page still isn't updated).

All in all, I can't give this experience more than 3 stars at the moment. I initially planned on giving 4, but because of this abysmal communication I simply cannot. As mentioned above, if the jersey proves to be of very good quality I will come back and update the review, maybe even ramp it up to 4 stars, but for now it is what it is. I sincerely hope other people had better experience with this customer support than I did.

Bought an Inter Milan 97/98 away shirt printed Ronaldo 10 it is gorgeous. Umbro shirt with embroidered UMBRO maker name + European star + Inter club badge. The Pirelli sponsor name is raised not screen printed as it should be. Ordering was easy, overseas delivery to Australia was about 3 weeks maybe a little more. Super super happy with the shirt and delivery and highly recommend Foot Star.

Had a pair of Brazil socks that my son needed. Solid communication, shipping, product was well received.

Very un supportive and rude customer service. I asked them NOT to ship my items to the address I provided as no one would be there and they ignored it despite giving them another address which they said they can not ship to. So they ended up shipping the item to the address where no one there! Very bad.

Japan away kit 2026 for wc
I bought this order in July 1 and it arrived in 23 July.
The shipping took a bit too long but the quality of the product was great.

Pricess are Very good, the support team is Very fast and helpful, delivery time always as planed, thank you foot-star!!!!

To be honest I was very worried at the start, I thought I messed up by ordering because I live in Hungary and the shipping policy said that they only ship to the specific countries mentioned, but my order did get through the system regardless. I tried to get a refund, but they insisted on keeping the order and to be fair to them they actually managed to find a way to deliver me the jersey. It took a little while to get the order (like maybe more than 3 weeks or something like that). In the end it arrived and to me it was very good quality for the price. My back printing was the psg back 2 back champions printing and the gold part of that was a little damaged but I looked over it because it looks good regardless and it's a hard and complicated print. To my eyes I cannot even tell the difference between this and the original. The additional badges are super quality.
In the end I'd say it was worth it and I was relieved.

Beautiful website and very easy to order from. The products look great, and the customer service is extremely friendly. This will definitely be my go-to website for football shirts.

After the unfortunate issue I experienced with the delivery, the team reached out to me with a very helpful and customer-focused approach. To make up for the inconvenience, they kindly offered me an additional jersey as a complimentary gift. I also received my original order without any further issues.

I ordered an Austrian National Team shirt, I paid, the money was withdrawn from my bank account but I haven’t received anything after that. I never got a confirmation mail, I never got the shirt.

It’s been two weeks and I have contacted them at least for a confirmation mail and or receipt but I got no answer. This is weird, or is this how it works? Really confused. Checked the internet several times whether this company is a scam and apparently not. So wth happened here? Please help
