Another great experience with the Food Truck Club.

Food truck club platform gives mobile food truck owners more exposure and multiple events access all on one platform

Pros: Booked this truck for my husband’s 50th surprise birthday party. Although they were not my first option, I’m so thankful they were my final option. The food was excellent. Every guest raved about how great the food was and the family feeling they got from the owners. I took the leftovers to work (party was on a Saturday returned on a Monday), and within minutes of me announcing to co-workers what I brought, the food was gone. My co-workers raved how good the food was, even as leftovers. Definitely will book for future events.

Con: Not the owners fault, but the third party did not inform that the truck is a food trailer. Thankfully we had the space for them. Just an FYI when booking keep in mind this is a trailer hitched to a truck, make sure you have adequate space.

Everything went well. Information was sent in a timely manner. We had a great event.

The people came out to see us,mainly the people that saw us when they came home, but no one expected us to be there. Some people new a truck would be there,but didn't know what truck.. It will be 5 stars if tge event was promoted days ahead.. The staff was friendly and the tenants were nice and very active...

It was great experience having Tocomotora Food Truck at Frontage Site with multiple options of Toco. Food was delicious and the Food Truck persons were highly accommodative and had a cordial behavior.

I will 100% be using the Food Truck Club again. The experience was effortless and smooth. The food trucks I reserved were early to the venue and provided impeccable service with a smile. I am so thrilled with the experience and value the Food Truck Club gave me!

We had a great time working with them. Our contact person was already at the location by the time that we got there; which made setup a lot easier. Everyone that we talked to were honestly looking forward to our donuts and loved them. The staff had a ticket system that was easy and kept the lines moving quickly. Overall the experience was great and we can’t wait to work with them again.

The truck staff was on-time and very professional. The feedback that I got is that the food was good. The main dish people requested was the Brisket Nachos, and they were a big hit. I obtained positive feedback on all the other dishes ordered. Great experience! Thank you!

Great food, amazing hospitality, and everything in between.
The one-star deduction isn’t because one of the two food trucks arrived slightly late, but because communication with the administrative office was very difficult, especially as the event date approached.

Booking the truck was easy but I tried calling and texting customer service when I had an issue and never heard a response back. It doesn't show their available hours, so I'm not sure if they're closed on weekends. I would like to have a point of contact for emergencies, especially since I have 2 more booked this weekend and I'm worried about any complications and not having customer service available. I also contacted the truck directly and they didn't respond for a while and after multiple attempts, and they were late.
