Ordered on the Sunday and arrived DPD on the Monday. Packaged well too! Great trio of cases, as they are light weight but have the aluminium frame to keep them sturdy. The perfect combo as I’ll be able to fill them up and not struggle to carry them across my stone walk way. Happy days. Just registered the 5 year guarantee as well, it took 1 min. Can’t wait to put them to use next month 😁

Absolutely shocking customer service and terrible quality.
I bought a Flight Knight suitcase and have only used it 6 times, but it is already falling apart. The rubber lining on the wheels has completely come off, and two of the wheels are now coming away from the body of the case entirely.
Naturally, I tried to claim on the warranty, but getting hold of anyone in customer service is impossible. I have emailed them multiple times through their website contact form, sent direct emails, and messaged via their live chat, and I have had zero response on every single channel.
It is completely unacceptable to sell luggage that fails after half a dozen uses and then completely ghost customers when they try to use their warranty. Save your money and buy a brand that actually stands by its products and responds to its buyers.

While the shipping process and everything what done perfectly, i had problems with pull handle unfortunately i weren’t able to proceed with a return because i had to fly and use the luggage next day and tried to fixed it on my own .. ( it worked partially as i could manage to open the handle into maximum) after other 2months i had another travel and when i come to pack my luggage found that the handle is stuck again and to open it maximum is impossible, i tried to fixed it again but this time was impossible so had to travel with like that.

I ordered a set of 3 Silver cases with combination locks.
They arrived quickly thru DPD. They looked great. There were instructions on how to set the locks, however only the largest case had the switch on inside of the lock, the medium and cabin size did not. So I emailed them, they requested pictures, I sent them. They sent me back the same instructions that I had received with the cases. So I emailed again explained again. They responded with did the instructions they sent help!!!! I dont think they actually read any of my emails. Im £170 down and had to purchase another set of cases because I was travelling. Don't waste you time, money or energy!!!!

Not good quality. Arrived incomplete and finished product and I have to go and drop off at DPD!

Almost a month since my cases were delivered to my neighbours which they do not have my permission to do so ?they states the never got them!! Sent multiple messages to company as I’m now £100 out off pocket and no cases ?? No reply ? Nothing I’ve now wrote to the CEO still nothing !! Next step ombudsman!! Do not order from here !!!

I purchased the baby pink cabin suitcase, and I’m genuinely impressed. The colour is beautiful, a soft, elegant pink, and exactly as pictured. The cabin size is perfect for short trips and complies well with airline carry-on requirements.

The suitcase feels sturdy yet lightweight, the wheels glide smoothly, and the telescopic handle is comfortable and solid. The interior is well designed, with practical compartments and straps that make packing easy and keep everything organised.

Delivery was prompt, and the suitcase arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. Overall, it offers excellent quality for the price and looks far more expensive than it is.

Suitcases arrived damaged beyond repair. Needed to travel in 5 days time. Several emails and use of their Chat tab received no response whatsoever. Will have to order from another company to meet our travel date. Refund was eventually received after chasing several times.

Fantastic case, great quality at a great price , better than I expected with quick delivery. Looks good although ive personalised mine a little 🥰

Quality is good and love the design
Having no zip ans combation locks is good.
It suppose to be scratch proof.
There was damage of black spots from handling by baggage area.
Overrall beautiful suitcases.
I do recommend.

Sends wrong items, doesn’t then send correct items and ignores all contact efforts. No refund confirmation either. I can reorder but I can’t then get the multi buy reduction almost suggesting that the wrong item was sent on purpose.

Received quickly and got updated regularly regarding dispatch and tracking.
Very happy with my new case, it looks stylish and I love the different sections for keeping different items of luggage on one place.
