This company sells a smart ring that claims to measure your blood glucose. It is a scam. The readings are way off - by more than 50% as compared to the glucose strips readings. The ring just spews out some low numbers in the morning (fasting number) and some higher number around noon time (post meal spike). Total fake and garbage. When confronted with these fake readings, they asked me to ship the ring back to China at my expense. I went to my bank and had them return the money I paid these dishonest merchants. Never buy anything from these people.

1. I have been using my Smart Ring for 3 weeks.
2. The APP was bit difficult to pair but once you understand the startup with Bluetooth recognition before using the Fitaos App...then all worked just fine.
3. I bought the FITAOS R09 Smart Ring and have found the Uric Acid indicator to be inaccurate.
4. Notwithstanding the above points all the other body health indicators worked reasonable well for a non-medical device.

This is an awful product it didn’t work from the start. We asked for a refund and they gave us only $20 back. Don’t buy from them.

The x100 watch looks great and works great for a couple of weeks.
Then it dies and can't be recharged.
THeir customer service response was to offer a 30% discount on a new watch. Then 40%. Then if I paid to ship it back and for customers clearance they would check it and see if they would refund.
Total BS. All these Chinese made smart watches - the Northtime and these guys - use the same base hardware. It's crap.
Do not buy this produce.

The item is just not accurate in producing a blood/glucose reading. Tried on both wrists, adjusting the tension, and the reading for Blood/Glucose are either extremely low or outrageously high; the product just doesn't do what it claims it can.

HORRIBLE experience. I order a ring in a size based on the way they indicate how to measure your finger. But that way is quite to far from accurate. So I received the ring which was at least 2 sizes bigger and tried to return it and get smaller one. After multiple emails in which they where offering to me to buy another one instead, 30% cheaper telling me I can keep this other ring. I didn’t accept it, so the they offered 15% refund. Basically they are obligating you to buy it. I said no, I want a ring with the right size, then I should pay all cost to return it, customs fees and many other conditions. Summarizing, acquire other product. This people are not ready to go international. Pls the product doesn’t have a great review.

After 5 months of simple use, the screen floats, and the company does not replace the product or refund the money.

I received a smart watch that was defective. I tried the app, changed the face , fully charged it etc. There were lines across the face making it impossible to read. I took a picture of it and emailed the company immediately. I wanted a refund not another after so much trouble with this one. I am on my 11th email. Basically I have to pay to ship it back and other fees since I want to return it. WHY? They sent me a defective smartwatch and I have to pay more?

don't buy from them. my dad bought thinking its a good watch , but its just a cheap watch from aliexpress and they are selling them for a big price like 100 dollars and i searched on aliexpress and they are buying them for 20 dollars.so check the internet before buying something like this.my dad is old and he didn't tried to get help with the watch and now he just got scammed
