I would advise EXTREEM CAUTION when dealing with this company.
READ ALL THE FINE PRINT!
Make sure you understand that they do not allow you to deal with other institutions ( that are considered opposition ) to obtain additional finance that they consider as "stacking".
Ask questions of your broker and the person they appoint as the contact for your account & get everything in writing.
Constantly got things wrong from the email address to the company name, bullies run the phones and account " Managers" constantly telling you what you CANNOT do.

Deal with them as a last resort & at your own risk!
(personal opinion ).
If how they dealt with us as a customer that never misses a payment is any indication God help the ones that are struggling is all I can say.

We'll have not started yet but if you make 27 PDFs and sell it 1000 times, that's $27000 not $2700..or am I wrong.its what you advertise.

I dislike that as I am going through the program, there is a loop you are in when you complete a lesson.

This company are without a doubt one of the worst I have encountered.

This company has been one of the most stressful and frustrating financial experiences I have ever dealt with. Communication has been less than inconsistent, statements were difficult to obtain, and despite being on an agreed payment arrangement and providing proof of weekly payments, I was left constantly chasing updated balances and basic account information.

After sudden and not agreed upon platform changes, I stopped using the service entirely, yet trying to get clear answers or accurate figures became nearly impossible. I repeatedly requested a call, any communication, updated statements or assistance in finalising the account, but there was no transparency or assistance offered at any point throughout this process.

What should have been a straightforward repayment process turned into chaos, confusion, stress, delays, and silence whenever serious concerns were raised. As a small business owner already under pressure, the lack of support and accountability made the situation significantly worse.

I cannot in good faith recommend this company to anyone. Please read reviews carefully and take them seriously before entering into any agreement with them. And given the opportunity, use a different service and avoid signing with this company at all costs.

Their courses are pretty basic, also they charge u extra without informing you. If you ask for a refund, they wont do it. They have a pretty bad customer service.

This company is awful. They've provided absolutely nothing to me. No ability to login, no services, no responses to my inquiries. This is a complete SCAM. I don't know why PayPal helps them rip off people. They're a pretty big liability for PayPal.

DO NOT TRUST YOUR AVAILABLE DRAWDOWN BALANCE. They don't own up to posting mistakes. Massive amounts like $14,800 payment that went missing and I had to do the work myself to prove it to them and then they corrected it but they will not own up with an explanation nor an apology nor the compensation for the 2 days work it took me to prove it.

STOP TELLING LIES WHOEVER IS ANSWERING THIS. YOUR UNTRUTHFUL REPLY WILL BE GIVEN TO THE AFCA COMPLEX TEAMS AS A FURTHER ISSUE - IT HAS BEEN 12 MONTHS - COMPLAINTS TEAM HAS DONE NOTHING AT ALL

Have been a very good company over the years with great customer service especially Maree but when your having a difficult time in business they dont care and are happy to screw you over, Fadzlyn is the worst person to ever have to deal with, Stay clear there are plenty of better companies around

Very simple to use and very helpful staff

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. If a question arose that they did not know they were quick to revert with an answer.
The set up process was lightning quick and very safe.
We currently use Finstro for our International trade and even our suppliers are happy with the seamless process and secure nature of the transactions
