Absolute disaster after weeks jerking us around
Our experience with Finom was an absolute disaster.
We spent weeks going back and forth with support, answering the same questions over and over, while being told they were investigating and fixing the issue. In reality, nothing was ever fixed. It felt like they were just jerking us around while we wasted valuable time.
The problem remained exactly the same from day one. We kept losing access to our business account, making it impossible to manage payments and run our company properly. Every new support agent would apologize, promise to look into it, and then give us the same generic responses. Weeks passed, and absolutely nothing changed.
In the end, we gave up and moved our business to another bank. We simply couldn't continue relying on a financial institution that couldn't resolve a critical issue after weeks of supposedly working on it.
If you're running a business and need a bank you can depend on when things go wrong, I cannot recommend Finom based on our experience. Already telling our current clients to avoid them.
