⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional customer service — Vangelis deserves special mention

I honestly don’t know where to start with this review because the whole experience with FiiO has been exceptional, but I especially want to mention Vangelis, who was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end.

I contacted FiiO because I was buying the FT1 headphones as a birthday present to myself and asked whether it would be possible to upgrade my shipping to express DHL. I was more than happy to pay the difference because I really wanted to have them before my birthday.

Instead, Vangelis came back to me with an incredibly generous offer: FiiO would upgrade my shipping to express DHL completely free of charge as a birthday gesture.

That alone would have been enough to make me extremely happy, but what really impressed me was how genuinely friendly and personable Vangelis was throughout our conversation. We ended up having a lovely back-and-forth conversation, including discovering our Greek connection, and it genuinely felt like I was talking to a real person who cared about making sure I had a great experience — not just another customer service representative.

Vangelis works like an absolute monster. He was incredibly responsive, helpful and genuinely went above and beyond to make everything happen. People like him are a huge asset to a company.

And then the headphones arrived…

WOW.

The FT1s are absolutely incredible. I’m coming from Sennheiser HD-25s, which I loved, and I wanted something with much deeper bass without sacrificing detail. The FT1s absolutely delivered. The level of detail is honestly ridiculous — I’m hearing things in tracks I’ve listened to for years that I’d never noticed before. With drum & bass, the combination of deep sub-bass, punch and detail is phenomenal.

But honestly, the headphones could have been amazing and I would still be writing this review because of the customer service.

Vangelis, thank you. You made buying these headphones a genuinely memorable experience, and the birthday gesture meant a lot.

FiiO should be incredibly proud to have people like Vangelis representing the company.

Looks like I’ll skipping meals and buying Fiio from now on 🤣🤣 ye I can’t say thanks and praise enough what an epic experience I’m literally sitting here with tears from the music coming out of these!!!

The EU delivery service has been always terrible, they returned my package without any notice which is absolutely not a surprise.

Luckily, FiiO's customer support stepped in and sent a replacement immediately once I reached out.

Zanks to Fiio Europe for everything, hope you still giving good service.

Bought a DM13 CD player. Delivered as promised.
However I have several CD records this player can't play. Either individual songs or entire CD. Even CD's are playing fine in other devices.
The product description is incorrect in the Fiio.eu product pages. I have informed the seller.
I have asked the seller for instructions on returning the product but nothing has happened. My advice is don't buy this product.
Update: There is VAT adjustment to the listed price, two way shipping costs and 20% restocking fee! (maybe I received a reused device with dirty laser optics, not new?). And in addition there are conditions for the returned product to be accepted. No guaranteed refund. I will submit a product review as well because the main issue is the product quality. And by the way, the product description still tell that the device has microSD port which is incorrect!
Update3-8-2026:
The seller offered to refund the full price for the Fiio DM-13 which is very nice. It does not make this CD player any better so I rather keep it and hope this review can help others.
The product description is mostly corrected but technical specifications are still wrong, there is NO MicroSD card slot in this player.

Very fast shipping and helpful customer support.

I ordered from the Fiio.eu official distributor in Bulgaria. I decided to forego the steep express shipping charge, and left a note asking for the earliest possible dispatch.

To my surprise, someone reached out back to me, and said they’ll honour the request and convert to express shipping, free of cost. And I had the box in my hands on the 3rd day of ordering. Sweet!

On the DAC - I’m using it as my main DAC at the moment, and am very happy so far. It feels more natural than the Blusound Node X I was using for DAC duties earlier and the imaging is more 3D than I’ve ever experienced in my room. Highly recommend!

FiiO.eu is a website of Audioline.bg, the official Bulgarian distributor of FiiO and many other major brands.
They have very good prices, and delivery from Bulgaria to Italy took me a week.
One product arrived with a manufacturing defect, but they responded immediately to my email, offering solutions such as a replacement or refund.

It was a great experience, and they stock several products that are difficult to find in Europe. I will most likely buy from them again.

Fault from the factory, but they sent me back a new one, great customer service!

I’ve purchased a number of items from Fiio.eu over the last 2 to 3 years. They always despatch the shipment extremely quickly and I’ve never had any problems with delivery estimates. Their customer support is excellent, when I recently received a faulty item they were very fast to supply a working replacement. Buy with confidence in the knowledge that if you have any warranty issues Fiio.eu will resolve them on your behalf.

I ordered a pair of Fiio FF5s. The shipment was 2 days later than promised, and they showed up defective. Once I wrote asking for a refund, I was told that I would have to pay for the shipping back. I simply refused to basically pay them for wasting my time, so I did my research.
According to an europea.eu article on comsumer guarantees:
1. If the product you sold turns out to be faulty — or doesn't look or work as advertised — within the timeframe of the legal guarantee, you are responsible for this.
2. Your customers have the right to ask you to do any of the following without any charge (for postage, labour, material, etc.):

• repair the product
• replace the product
• reduce the price
• cancel the contract and reimburse them in full

So I demanded them for a shipping label, and wrote a negative review on Trustpilot (this isn't that review). The rep saw my negative review and offered to "speed up the process" if I delete it. Since we had been at it for weeks at that point, and he made it clear he wasn't interested in being reasonable (he even told me I "talk too much" in response to me citing the law), I just deleted my review.

So, quite a kerfuffle.

They respond quickly to emails, even outside working hours.
High-quality products.
Fast delivery as a bonus.

I bought a Fiio M33 DAP, my DAP was shipped the next day, and a day later I was listening to music on my new device.

I ordered Fiio DM15 to be delivered to Cyprus with a standard delivery, but the seller decided it would take too much time and upgraded it to express for free. I received it today, everything works nicely. Great service, I definitely recommend it.
